Thanks man, know of any women that have had success with these? Big price tag for not knowing. I’ve had about 5 hematomas on my right knee from shots or off weird bounces, warrior knee pads are not cutting it. Now with pain and vein damage i’m looking for serious protection. But I need something that will work under my intermediate sized warrior G5’s. Any thoughts? Thanks!
I’ve been using factory mad knee guards and they’ve been solid in protection and comfort for me. These Swiss knee guards have a similar build quality and price point to the Factory mad knee guards. One thing I’ve learned is don’t go cheap on knee guards and protect them knees!
Bonesy also reviewed these, awesome piece of gear. The only negative is the price. I’m currently wearing Bauer Pro which come in around $120. If these knee guards hold up for years then it would be worth it.
Right, I had those + G Forms… so I was in for about $175 before. It all depends on how much you are comfortable spending, how long you plan to keep them, and how particular you are about your kneepads
Great review. I have been thinking about pulling the trigger ever since Bonesy reviewed them. How long did it take to get them once your ordered? Thanks!
@@thegoalnet5915 A bit too hard. Wore that sleeve that I suppose they sell for biking etc, but even with bodyheat keeping the padding pliant it was still a bit rough on landing. Now I use volleyball knees underneath and it's ideal.
Fair perspective. However if that’s your stance, you’re probably not the target audience for these. That’s why so many brands exists… lots of consumer sub sets
Great review man! Definitely the most unique knee guard I’ve ever used. Absolutely love my RXS knee guards. Cheers buddy!
Appreciated
Nice review. I wonder if Aegis would make a knee guard with D3O. Would be very low profile if they could make it work
A base layer is more likely than a knee guard

It’s always cool to learn about a new brand

I borrowed from Factory Mad knee pads early on. Yea, I would agree these two are in a similar class onto their own compared with retail models

Honestly don't remember, about 3-4 weeks?
Thanks!
Tried G-Form under my Brian’s knees, no bueno.
Why not? G Form or the Bauer G Form?

@@PeteNice29 I’ve found the Bauer ones perfect. I wear them under my base layer
@@thegoalnet5915 Do they hold up durability-wise?
And they cost as much as goalie pads $600 ,rather use CCM.
