River Ryan is a crazy snub to me, I think he’s gets knocked down a tier because of his age, but he only really started pitching full time in 2022.
Kjerstad has actually already graduated. Sal Stewart ended up moving into the 100 spot with everyone getting to go up a spot.
Why is Deyvison De Los Santos not in the top 100 yet? His numbers at AA and AAA this year have been absurd. At some point, production has to matter, right?
I was looking for him on the list too. His bat speed and exit velocity is really impressive. I thought Luis Baez might make the list too
Absolutely shocked that Kristian Campbell is left off the top 100. Sporting a .413 avg at AA with 1.161 OPS. His play is worthy of discussing alongside the Big 3 in the Red Sox system

Deyvison De Los Santos should absolutely have mare this list. 2024 stats .342 AVG 26 HR 78 RBI's 1.066 OPS in 76 games split between AA and AAA
Ethan salas isn't top 10 for his hitting. Its because he looks like an elite defensive catcher, who has the potential to also be a very productive MLB hitter. Reminder he caught Yu Darvish, you know the 200 (NPB+MLB) game winner who throws 13 different pitches on multiple occasions now, grades out well (as far as one can tell) for framing, and has been THE reason his teams have been well above their league average in caught stealings.
Yes. But you can't field a guy who's hitting .190/.300/.280, no matter how good his defense is. You have to be able to hit the baseball.

Why are you so dismissive of AAA pitching stats? Im not a big minor league guy so i dont know whats up with that...
A lot of these lower level minor guys with good OBP's can be deceiving. I've seen a number of these guys (high-a baseball photographer), and the quality of pitching/focus on velocity/lack of control factors in heavily.
A lot of these guys will be great prospects with great eyes, but the OBP's that high can be deceiving.

where do you think kim do yeong would rank on this list if he were stateside? kid is slashing 340/400/600 with 20+ hr and 20+ sb. kbo supposedly about similar skill level as AA ball. Kim turns 21 this october. first player in kbo history with a 10-10 month.

How Luis Baez is not on this list is beyond me, kid is 20 in High A mashing as the second overall Houston prospect.
Kind of random but wanted an opinion on a fantasy trade. It’s a salary cap league and every season the players price goes up by $1, then 3, then 5. I give up Michael Harris for $31 and i get Jordan Beck $1 and Kutter Crawford $3. Idk if imma keep Harris anyways so idk if the value Im back is good enough. Also im not contending this year. Tre Morgan is a guy I’m really high on. I know Xavier Isaac is the more well known rays first base prospect, but I think Tre Morgan is the rays future at first base

Marc I feel like you forget how terrible the run scoring environment is in AA this year like a .690 OPS is average so those AA stats are low for a reason

Holliday did struggle MIGHTILY at the big league level so Im kinda surprised they didn't drop him at all. Everyone for sure agrees he'll be fine, and it was a good thing that he struggled the way he did
Probably because it was only 30 AB's. Part of me thinks they called him up just to shut everybody up about calling him up. Had to show everybody he wasn't ready yet.

I think Dakota Harris from the Cardinals been snubbed. He just got called up to AA and is doing pretty good there.
Twins just continue to inspire so much hope for the future. Lots of young guys that have already had success at the big league level (Royce Lewis, Julien, Wallner, Miranda, Jeffers) and then also have the #5, #13, and #27 guys on this list. Just continue to bring in young studs to surround Buxton and Correa.
What’s going on with Dylan Crews?
The O's need Mayo right now, but long term I don't see how he coexists with Westburg, Holliday, Basallo, and Kjerstad. Unless Kjerstad gets traded for a SP in three weeks (fingers crossed).

Josue de paula and lazaro montes will never be top 10 guys, because all their value is from their hitting and the guys at pipeline love 5 tool players. Yordan only ranked 44th at his highest for the same reason, and he was putting up similar numbers in double and triple a.

Chourio is very very good. Hit tool and eye are there already. He's super athletic, and he will put on muscle when he's older and fill out his frame. Could fly up these lists eventually. Potential 5 tool guy
Salas is over a full year younger than Josue, 2 years younger than Montes and there's some lingering from last year where he crushed High-A as a 17 year old, plus fantastic defense behind the plate.
The main thing the Tigers need to do is develop hitters at the major league level. Jung cannot be a bust. Keith hitting .229 with a .590 OPS has got to be better.
