    Really a detailed video of a great hotel! For a buffet for breakfast and dinner!
    The rooms starting at Luxury is for me bonkers crazy (in a good way) 😅
    Great job! Easy to see this one was a big upload for you 🥳😊 Keep up smashing it on your 365 day Journey 🥳

    I have never got a welcome amenity that good at Sofitel KL Damansara - you are definitely a VVVIP. They seem to forget about it every 2nd stay - and it's the only thing I can fault there. I've always been upgraded to minimum of a Junior Suite. The service for returning guests is very good by the club staff, the team at Nizza, and the food manager at breakfast. The GM at this property is a little more low profile than at some others; but the overall guest experience - from my perspective, is generally top notch.

      I actually gave the team feedback that I think the welcome amenity especially for Diamond could be improved, this is comparing to other properties. I did see a Gold members welcome amenity there recently and it too needs improvement. Hopefully my feedback helps provide a better experience for everyone. It truly is a great property and I'm hoping the new GM & my video can assist with making ALL member stays better.

    You mentioned that you are a Travel Agent. Are you also a so called Luxury TA who can take bookings for Accor Hera, Marriott Stars and Luminous, Hyatt Prive, Hilton Impressario/Luxury, IHG Destined, MO, FS etc etc ??? If yes, do clients email you to check on the latest promotions and make the bookings ?

    Home stay is best. I can't afford to eat out. I have a tight budget so l cook all my meals too.

      I hope one day you can try one of the properties in KL. I think Ibis PJCC is a great staycation option for a night or two. You should check out my video there.

    You didn't had the chance to go check out the Imperial Suite?

      Unfortunately not as it was occupied with wife and grom, there was a Chinese wedding on during my visit which made it difficult to capture all the room categories. Will have to do an update on a couple of the rooms I missed in another video in the future.

    Thanks Pal,Nice and exhaustive video, but the rates on the Accor app and website are 10 times higher than what you've mentioned...

    • @bebaffledtravel
      @bebaffledtravel  23 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@byram9103 these are Accor plus rates, featuring Red Hot Room rates which are available in December as well as advance booking rates that are only a little more. Do you have an Accor Plus account so you can access Red Hot Rooms? These are up to 50% off the fully flexible rate. The pricing I used is direct from my own app using my Accor Plus membership.

      Make sense, thanks for the clarification. I'm an Accor member but I was checking April rates.
      Thanks again for all the precious info and keep up the great work.

      @@byram9103 if you are wanting to stay in April, I would wait a little before booking. They often have RHR rates, but not that far in advance. Another option is to book through HERA and then use the offset credit to balance things out.
