I must say, you have the best hotel reviews on YT! The amount of work and research you put in to getting room rates in various denominations; the hours for all the restaurants, spas, gyms, etc is very impressive! If I can suggest another feature, push down on each bed to say whether it is very firm, firm, medium, very soft, etc. As a full-time hotel traveler, that would be very helpful. Also, I saw in one of your early videos, you said you were going to do a video about the ALL tiers, benefits and so forth. I didn’t watch every video since I just found your channel today, but went through all video titles and didn’t see one titled about the ALL program. I just recently began using ALL so would be very interested since it seems a little difficult to understand coming from the Hyatt, IHG, etc chains. Keep up the great work!

Interesting! I recently began using Accor properties to try it out since I’ve always been top tier in Hyatt, IHG, Marriott and mid-tier in others. Looking forward to learn if I want to continue pursuing Accor more for my full-time travel.

Ah, wish I'd seen this a day or two sooner! BTW - if u want to try Durian that's not too bad, try some of the Durian infused rum cocktails at Grand Mercure Khao Lak! They're very good. Is the hibiscus mocktail & cocktail available after the 13th? or just for the 1000 hours???

Very useful video, as usual ! I think you made this video a few days ago but do you remember the standard wifi speed and premium wifi speed ? I was interested in your comment to the Pullman KLCC IT Manager that his hotel was the only one in KL where you did not need to call down to request the Premium speed upgrade which suggests that the other KL hotels are not that speedy. Showing your speed App to the camera in the Pullman video was useful.

Currently my favourite property in KL. If Rengga becomes GM of a Fairmont, I hope he will remember me haha.

Thank you for explaining more on detail on status vs rooms with regards to status. Only feedback on this for difference I have is that around 45 min mark something seemed to happen to the volume as it dropped quite a bit... Oh and the family room looked great! I want a PS5 in a hotel room too ^^ :)
