Nice video! I've not bought any uranium glass items yet, but today my 395 uv torch arrived. Many videos only show what a 395 will do in the dark but your video has highlighted, (terrible pun) but now I know what to expect when visiting stored in the daytime 👍
Here i am with comment number 3 lol. I didnt realize thos was your first time hunting. You found a lot of good pieces, keep it up and make sure to share more 😊
Picked up a lot of 32 Vaseline uranium glass small to mid size pieces for $300. There were about 10-12 Other nice Fenton hobnail vases and a few old paperweights 6:14 in the lot too. Those uranium juicers are popular. I Always grab them. The lady was so surprised when I showed her the black light trick. They inherited them and the entire collection consumed their front 2 rooms. My $300 offer was to help them get back the dining room table. It worked.
Need to invest in a 365nm light. Itll react with lead, manganese, cadmium, selenium and a 395 wont. My tactic is scan evwrything with the 365 and if it glows then i hit it with the 395 (what youre using). Its worked well for me so far
You need to check put North Jackson Antiques and Uniques. Tell owner K.C. that John Macali sent you. Open Mon Thru Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Closed Major Holidays. Best days Fri, Sat, & Sun. New stock arrives weekly.
@@Americanxennial I have seen it be all colors. But mostly a greenish color. Yellowish green. Some old antique clocks have a uranium face. Uranium glaze is a thing also.
@@dustinroberts6977 cooool, thanks my friend, I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out. Went to some antique malls, but they were charging a lot of cash for uranium glassware …
2:55 that red dish with the handle was cadmium. Red color with an orange / yellow glow under light
That red bell just before was cadmium too
Nice video!

@Americanxennial ya, you want to find the deals for sure. But sometimes it's hard, especially if it's a good piece
