Actually happens when you go below one health bar in Far Cry 2. You have to go through one of these animations to restore to two bars, and then you can use a syringe to go back to full health.

No, I played the whole game. Different healing animations happen when you get hurt different ways. If you step into a fire on your left, your left leg or arm sets ablaze, if its on your right, its the right arm or leg that sets ablaze. If you fall from a cliff you will break a bone, If you get shot you will pull a bullet out, If you get caught in a explosion you will have to pull out the shrapnel, and if you start to get dizzy and your screen gets blurry its time for you take take one of your malaria pills.
Tovarishch HardBass mate these can be done irl and you can walk it off.it requires a lot of strenght and resistance,you will still feel the pain but it shouldn't kill you(not saying all are non-lethal,tho)

Actually happens when you go below one health bar in Far Cry 2. You have to go through one of these animations to restore to two bars, and then you can use a syringe to go back to full health.

First off, he could've gotten hit in the face with something, knocking the tooth out thus making him forced to pull it out. Secondly, he wasn't rubbing it he was patting the fire so it would die. At least it isn't like FC3 or FC4 where they just take a bullet out of there arm for almost everything.

No, I played the whole game. Different healing animations happen when you get hurt different ways. If you step into a fire on your left, your left leg or arm sets ablaze, if its on your right, its the right arm or leg that sets ablaze. If you fall from a cliff you will break a bone, If you get shot you will pull a bullet out, If you get caught in a explosion you will have to pull out the shrapnel, and if you start to get dizzy and your screen gets blurry its time for you take take one of your malaria pills.
