To be truthful, compare Doc's clip to Shrouds and you see Doc is clearly shooting his weapon, when on Shrouds clip it doesnt show Doc shooting at all. Let's be honest, PUBG has terrible netcode.
Aside from that, Shrouds skill level is way above Doc's.

Not just the fact he's banned off of Twitch so you can't play together, but I saw a clip of somebody yesterday (can't remember who it was, maybe Tim? fuck knows) saying something about offline rules as well? So I'd assume that would mean as an affiliate, even if you're offline you can't appear on THEIR stream to play?
I watched it and after hearing that, it's some of the most fucked up shit ever lmao, literally both need to be offline to play
