Shroud was the first streamer I started watching because I was deep into Apex. His shooting with the Wingman was UNCREDIBLE. Such a hard gun to use but he made it look so easy. He's definitely one of the best Fps players and very well respected with in the community. Hes a OG for sure!
The actual legendary thing about Shroud is that everyone has a similar story for a different fps game. He has said it himself, he's not known for his insane aim ( there's tons of pro or non pros with insane aim) , it's his ability to adapt to new games at the highest level extremely fast.

Blackout beta was when I discovered Shroud. Since then I’ve watched him and learned as much as I could from his play style. Like Tim said, Blackout was very under appreciated. Honestly the best fun in a BR to this day. Warzone is so far behind it.
blackout is 100% the best COD BR .. the gun customization and everything was so much better I miss it so much.. thats why i play COD mobile tho.. same map honestly COD mobile is better then most console/ pc cods in years.. hit boxes are better.. they know how to rejoin you to a lobby if you lose connection. they constantly update things

One thing I always admired about shroud is that he never brags, talks shit, or boasts about how good he is. He knows how good he is, but never feels the need to say it. If almost anyone else had his natural talent they'd probably have an ego the size of jupiter.

Because shroud could just out aim anyone , unlike like Joe. that’s pure raw aim . Not aim assist, which Joe relies on heavily since he uses a controller . That’s why clips like these with very talented mouse, and keyboard players are so impressive to watch because it’s real. There’s no artificial intelligence assisting shroud with his aim .

100% agree with you Tim. He could easily pick up any fps game and be top level. Shroud is and has always been one of the coldest shooters in the industry.
It's the years of CS. People who haven't put in the work in CS don't realize it, but getting to a high level in CS prepares and trains you for all other FPS games. If someone achieves a high level of play in CS, they will usually be good in every other FPS they play, but the reverse can't be said. There is something about getting really good at CS that makes you really good at FPS games in general. The only reason we don't see it more is because so many long time CS players who achieve a high level just end up sticking to CS and you rarely see them in other games. CS, more than any other FPS game, teaches you proper movement and crosshair placement, and those skills translate into every other FPS.
I'd say the one thing it doesn't train is game sense outside of CS though, having amazing game sense in a BR is going to be way different than in a game like cs or valorant.
Blackout wasn’t slept on. It was an amazing BR my favorite actually. Mechanics,Looting, Skins -Animated skins. Sound direction. Whole game was on point
Would love to see you stream R6 Siege like just stream periodically til u hit level 50 which you can play with newcomers, and u can also practice with AI on Terrorist Hunt and get to know maps better
Tim if you want to play Seige and your only issue is map knowledge, you can play terrorist hunt or the training grounds and kill bots while learning room names and just everything you need to know about every map besides common angles people hold in almost every game
I think you are correct when you spoke about Blackout. That game was great but timing was off for it. Pretty sure Fortnite was in its prime around the same time and PUBG was still popular. I really believe if they did an update on it and released it for free and cross platform it would be the top BR game right now. The game was actually fun and all the different mechanics of it made every game unique. You could literally win the game with pistols and grappling guns only lol. I still go and watch some of DougisRaw clips from Blackout. He was the GOAT at the game in my opinion

The craziest part about most of these clips is they are probably in ranked modes. I think he has gotten into the top tier in every game he has played.
