Super cute looks. I would say for the green Fe Noel shorts, do a white/cream tank with a lil ab skin with a tan fedora and either the gold flat Sam Edelman's or a tan sandal. 2 fedoras wont hurt😉😜😁

I love the Dillards look, but I would replace it with the jumpsuit. That satin type fabric on a humid sticky night might not be comfortable and mosquitos can bite through it. Folding the jumpsuit on the 4th with flat sandals is still a look, especially with a small bucket bag. It’s a look with the heels you showed with the art dress.

#1: TAKE THE DRESS. I'm considering all thing like going to the restroom, easier to maneuver in a dress.
#2:TAKE THE SHIRT.......but PAIR WITH THE GREEN SHORTS FROM F. NOEL. (I am partial to paring those shorts with a lighter shirt). You could still knot the shirt too.
#3,. lOVE THE DRESS, however I'm going to say leave it home. One, it has sleeves (you said you didn't want sleeves)\. Two, it's going to be hot. If you do take the dress, wear/pair it with the RED FEDORA :)

Love the looks. I would make the jumpsuit a night look and make the two piece set a day look. I know you said it’s hot but isn’t the convention center air conditioned? If you’re going to be outside and watching fireworks I would think you would want the shoulder/arms out jumpsuit. I would find a different top for the flirty shorts. Something white or black that is cropped and a little more structured. The tee seems like a local around your city look. I would the J. Naylor look with the zipper dress. A lot of people will have a vest look. Take the last white dress in case you change your mind about something else. It’s really cute too It’s good to have a back up in case the one your expecting in delivery doesn’t make it or you want to save it for something else after being there a few days. I would ditch the satin top and pants totally; it's going to be hot at night and during the day in the low 90's. I love the other looks, that Andrea Iyamah dress is going to eat them up all night, love it! The jumpsuit will suit you better for a daytime look in my opinion. The Fe Noel shorts are super cute, and I like your shirt, but another one would be nice to have on hand. Replace any of the runner up looks for the satin set. No matter what you choose you will look amazing.🔥🤩
