Hannah and Preston are off in Paris on the best bonding trip I could imagine. I really don't understand what people did before FaceTime. Makes it so much easier to feel like you're staying in touch. It just warms my heart to see them bonding over there. They are having THE best time and it's just beginning. Missing them so much already. But hanging with Baby Claude is too fun. She's such a little cutie.
Also out here cranking out more content deals, and this Nanit one is going to be fun.
Starting to add textures to our home. I jsut painted it white to start to get the renovations done, but now it's time to add some warmth, textures, colors to the place. Excited to get that moving.
Heading to the Preakness Horse Race in Baltimore, so importnat to look the part. Linen suit for the win.

The things that were left are precious and should be kept in the apartment. A lot of people today do not see the beauty in older things but they are the backbone and solidity and so well made and worth more in terms of history and beauty.
Adorable little baby! Smart, too! I think she wanted to put the dress on, as it appeared she was gesturing to put it over her head. So cute!

Brendan every time I see your space I think two giant trees would look great in your dining room. One in front of that fire door and the other on the opposite side by the coffee bar. It would give some symmetry and balance to that side of your home.

Never ever get rid of that mirror!!! It is beautiful and give the room some historical feel and modern art is ok but not going to be as effective. Love the baby shots and that you can get out with a baby so lovely.
You need a small wat water bottle put a hole in the cap and let it drain slowly in the plant it will keep it alive, not too big.

I think the house will pop with a color palette that works together throughout house. 🏡
Do not toss the mirror. That is amazing. I think you could do a dark block, painted on - possibly even do it like stormy clouds, and hang the mirror inside the mirror a little higher. Possibly add some fiber optic lights just over that small area with the table, chairs, and chess set. It would be amazing at night and makes that area more intimate and warm.
