NEXT Football Manager, do it the right way and make a challange of it. You know it and everyone knows it, that this is far to easy. I mean top of the champions league alredy, come on...
The only reason that you are NOT in the top of the league in Premier League is because you have LOADED that league and that nation, whitch means that the other teams in this nation have full staff, doing transfers, doing friendlys and have a schedual of games.
If you dont load a nation, that means: No schedule, No full squads, No staff etc
Thats why you win a game with Webmley against a normaly better one like Dortmund 3-0, Porto 5-0 etc.
You should load the Nation you want to manage in, with every league below it as PLAYABLE.
Then tick every other Nation in Europe, with leagues below it to playable/view-only.
And stop making excuses that it takes to long to load, you have a far better computer then any of us and it still loads fast with even a halv of a star.
You should also costumize the database size. Tick 'Every based player' in nation and 'Player with nationality' in the Europe section.
Then tick 'Players from clubs in the highest division' and 'Players from topclubs' in Africa, Asia, NorthAmerica, SouthAmerica and Oceania.
Simple as that, that will get you around 372650 players. Then lets se if you still are the "greatest manager" in Football Manager.
Are you up for the challange, or do you hava any other excuses then it will take to long to load?
You will get more realistic stats and results. The player development takes more calculations into account. If you simulate other Leagues and Nations with full detail you will get a stronger AI, especially when you play against them.
I bet you know this already, you are just to insecure if you dare to do it.
I really hope you atleast read this and try it, make it a real challenge for once.

Brother you have too much time to waste. This is an entertainment product, and he's about 20 seasons in just now winning the Carabao. How do you expect him to do a save like that and get people to still watch genius?
As I said, this is for next year Football Manager (25).
This is a suggestion to his populair serie called Non League to Legend and I think it will bring alot of positive things that brings more realism into it, which the serie is all about, realism..
Time to waste, by writing a suggestion or critism, whatever you see it as?
