Big Hello to Sharon!! Fantastic woman. After chatting to her and she mentioned the new set up I have been following and recommending the company to all the veterans I’m helping out.
Been driving just over 3yrs now wish this video was out then very helpful...one tip i found help me was to deliberately park between two trailers as if you go for the easy parking it doesn't improve your reversing i still do it now.
@Deiseboi I advise my students to try the difficult reverse, take their time, and only go for the easy option if they genuinely can't do it or time isn't allowing them to fully concentrate on it. You only get better if you keep challenging yourself. Thanks for your comment by the way.
Wow. Been driving for two and half months tramping and still kinda sh!t at reversing. Never knew the trailer would still move in an angle after keeping steering wheel straight. Gonna try it tomorrow.
@nazarm.ibrahimi5000 once there is some angle between the unit and trailer, unless you correct it, it will naturally get tighter as you reverse. There will come a point where you'll need to control it with some right hand steer and then continually adjusting left and right tonget the trailer where you want it. It takes time to get competent at it, but it'll come.
Great stuff. Please can you demonstrate the correct way in a tight yard ( driving past bay then left on, then right to kick the trailer to the correct angle for "easy" reverse). You know what, I better at blindside reversing! Thanks.
Good video for a beginner whos just passed the class 1! If you could make a video doing different angles or how you would normally park in a bay that would be great
I can never understand why people cannot work that out for themself lol it is as easy as you make it look, the idea is let the vehicle do the work, but most like to struggle with the streewheel for some reason, Maybe they will look at this blog and make their life esayer ???????.
@brianwebb191 people tend to panic when the trailer isn't going where they want it to and instinctively do too much steering to correct it. A very common mistake. Like you say, in time, you realise that the trailer, once you get it going will naturally do the work for you.

@Steve-x8d thanks for you comment. That's definitely a video for the future. There's also a blind side reverse rough tip in the pipeline.

Handy. Bits and pieces was my instructors words, bit on, bit off.
