Ok so the part you are confused about, the whole you can move your hand so fast it goes through someone. You have to think, everything is made out of atoms, a human body has very dense atoms but the more your atoms are excited and speed up the less dense they become and for him, he can move his at the speed of sound or faster, making his hand seem like it is dense less enough to pass through a solid object
@@justinv.x4991 well air can slow down a bullet and make it curve around objects, it could be possible that he slowed his hand down enough where he could grab it as if air was pushing the bullet or just vibrated the bullet to his speed to pull it out
Phasing through things is not about moving fast, is about spreading tour molecules in between the moléculas of what you are going through. Which is only possible if done super fast.
I find it kind of funny you didn't realize it was a crossover until the title card. These shows were notorious for showing off stuff before the episodes aired

Hawkman and Hawkgirl are their comicbook names and yeah they must have not have much creativity when naming Tham but that is what it is
Hawk man and hawk girl is big in the league area more comic/show animated really I watched justice league and just loved it
