Vegas is a whole other vibe- the place never sleeps or winds down. You can do so much in 24 hours that it’s crazy. It’s really fun to watch this movie once you’ve been there and be able to spot all the places you know during different scenes. Great reaction, this is definitely a great comedy to watch!
The way this movie is structured is so great like it’s so good at not going the way you expect it too go like everyone on the first watch expects to see the madness unfold in real time then you expect a flash back and by the end of it you realise you didn’t even need to see it but they still gave it right at the end such a satisfying movie from the soundtrack(one of my favourite movie soundtracks of all time) to the main cast even to side characters everyone played their part great

That Iko Iko song was at the beginning of the movie Rain Man. The scene where Alan is riding down the escalator in that suit is a scene from Rain Man, before Raymond started counting cards.
Instantly recognizing Mike Tyson but then immediately saying "wasnt he a boxer or something" is just the craziest thing I've heard come out of someone's mouth this year

I'm og. "Who let the dogs out". Lol. Great reaction you two. Love your channel. The guy who played Mr. Choa, was actually a doctor before he became an actor.
Been to Vegas many, many times. Just on the 4th minute of your reaction, I wish you guys had reacted to Rain Man (Dustin Hoffman, Tom Cruise)- one of the best movies of all time and this movie's inspiration for the "counting cards" segment. Hope your patrons get you to react to it. It's awesome. Also, the 1987 movie Three Men and a Baby with Tom Selleck, Steve Guttenberg, and Ted Danson is another one paid tribute to by The Hangover. That's what Galifianakis is referring to with his line...when they were carrying the baby towards Heather Graham's apartment.

I still remember the first time I saw this. It’s one of my favorite comedies. I’ve never been to Vegas. Maybe one day. Who let the dogs out I remember being a pretty big hit when I was in high school in the early 2000’s. I think it was even in commercials. Allen asking “is this the real Caesar’s Palace is one of my favorite lines. When I stayed at Caesar’s in Atlantic City years ago with a few friends and asked that, the woman at the desk had a look like she’d had enough of that. I still thought it was funny.
she was pretty slow saying 'umm, no' when he asked if she'd ever been to vegas. right after she said that 'what happens in vegas, stays in vegas' is the best slogan ever. hmmm.
Comedy like this needs to return cause this franchise is one of the best comedies ever. Every movie is so great and fun. Also the actor for Chow is Dr. Ken Jeong and yes hes an actual doctor but also a comedian/actor. He nailed this role perfectly
Cool fact about "chow"... the actor is a doctor... a surgeon.... he left the medical profession to do comedy... seems like a great guy with a really small pp!
The director Todd Phillips (same guy who did The Joker) has a way of elevating these R comedies above others in the genre. You should watch Old School & Road Trip, which he also directed. Really funny with a bit cleverness not usually seen in these types of movies. Also, he always does a small cameo in these movies which is always hilarious (guy in the elevator here)
I grew up in Utah, and me and my family would drive down to Vegas every summer. I kinda consider it like a second home because it feels so familiar to me at this point
The only actors I knew coming into this movie were Heather Graham and Mike Tyson (though not an "actor") really; this movie literally put everyone else on the map for me, from the stars to the supporting cast to the bit players. Such a great movie, 10/10. It inspired me to finally get back to Vegas in 2009 after it came out, 'twas an awesome time.
10:25 - this was the first movie I saw Bradley Cooper in and when I heard he would be portraying a soldier in American Sniper I thought "how can a comedy actor do that???" This is so crazy because I literally just watched this movie with my mum last night, and it was our first time watching it. We were laughing our a** off watching this movie especially when Ken Jeong showed up naked in the back of the car. It had me falling to my knees with laughter.😂
Yeah....im 41...the summer that "who let the dogs out" came out, was legitimately one of the worst times to have nothing but FM radio that i can think of. On every station, at least once an hour but usually more. I specifically remember one time where me and a good friend were driving and every single station was playing it...dark times.
The blonde is the one and only Heather Graham. She has been in countless movies (Boogie Nights, Austin Powers: The Spy who Shagged Me, Lost in Space, etc.)
I try to go twice a year. I live in NY so it’s not the shortest flight, but absolutely worth it. It’s my favorite spot because it has damn near everything in one city, even if you don’t gamble. Professional sports teams, casual to Michelin Star restaurants, beautiful hotels and suites, night clubs with the biggest DJ’s in EDM, huge comedians, high end shopping, Huge Residency artists (Adele at Ceasars this past year or Usher at the Park MGM), the MSG Sphere which I think is worth the trip alone just to experience once, short trip to the Grand Canyon and so much more that I don’t feel like typing out. Flights usually aren’t bad price wise and the hotel rooms are a really good value too because they want you to have more money to spend doing everything I listed above.
I’ve been to vegas with friends, my favorite thing was being able to drink in public. Got a massive piña colada slushie and all the walking keeps you sober enough to not get played.
Its funny you mentioned Sheila from the Office on accident and then gloss over Ed Helms who's actually from The Office xD Yall need to go to Vegas at least once soon!
The teacher was the voice of rocket, and the Asian guy played in the transformers movie, dark of the moon, and he was also in avengers endgame for a quick scene.
Alan is hilarious and this is such a fun movie. Mr Chow is also funny they are a good duo in the second movie. I agree with what she said that comedies these days are just not the same as the old comedies.
The actress playing the blonde who married Stu is Heather Graham. You may have seen her in the 2nd Austin Powers flick. But if y'all aren't really familiar with her work y'all should definitely react to Boogie Nights, that movie is wild....also y'all should check out some Mike Tyson boxing highlights, for real.
Lived in Vegas for a year, spent some time working at JEWEL nightclub at Aria and Daylight Beach at Mandalay, lived in Spring Valley about 15 min from the strip, moving back this summer (hopefully for good, really great place to live if you like nightlife and want to feel like you’re in a small town while being in a big city, really a locals city that makes its $$$ on tourism, people are really friendly and welcoming)
I walked out of Land of the Lost, a Will Ferrell movie that was honestly terrible, & snuck into the Hangover. I was either 11 or 12 at the time. One of the best decisions I made as a child.
Loved watching “The Hangover” with you guys as it’s my fourth time watching it and I must say it’s proper comedy movie filled with so many different personalities. The cast was great including Zack Galifinakis, Ed Helms, Mike Epps, Ken Jeong, Justin Bartha, Mike Tyson and the great Bradley Cooper. Allan played by Zack Galifinakis is just hilarious and so were the other characters as they were fantastic. I loved the lion car scene. Hopefully you guys react to the entire trilogy.
Can’t wait for yall to watch the sequels
the glossy eyes off the bat was hilarious
I’ve been to vegas with friends, my favorite thing was being able to drink in public. Got a massive piña colada slushie and all the walking keeps you sober enough to not get played.
Hit the nail on the head: I wish they did comedies like they used to.
Its funny you mentioned Sheila from the Office on accident and then gloss over Ed Helms who's actually from The Office xD
Yall need to go to Vegas at least once soon!
Best credit scene in all of cinema history
The actress playing the blonde who married Stu is Heather Graham. You may have seen her in the 2nd Austin Powers flick. But if y'all aren't really familiar with her work y'all should definitely react to Boogie Nights, that movie is wild....also y'all should check out some Mike Tyson boxing highlights, for real.
Madam yall can have a wedding, but the "I wanna learn about your history" line from Django is still UnRESOLVED
This movie so funny I don’t know how many times I watched this 😂😂😂
Loved watching “The Hangover” with you guys as it’s my fourth time watching it and I must say it’s proper comedy movie filled with so many different personalities. Loved your reaction/analysis, take care, stay healthy and have a great one
