Sir, I've a Meteor 350 and I need a similar solution for it as well: suspensions, fuel system & jerking issues.
The vehicle is hardly 2500 kms old, bought 5 months ago.

As a ktm owner I recently test rode the hunter. I was pleasantly surprised by the initial pull and how well it handled for an RE. Even test rode the interceptor to compare the 2. But came to the conclusion that the hunter at its price point offers way more than the interceptor.

Hi, loved all your videos as they are very detailed and useful. Does the rear suspension change really work? I had that in mind even before getting the vehicle delivered, but after many conversations with official service center executives and third party mechanics, they successfully convinced me that it's just a waste of money as rear suspension of both hunter and classic are tuned identically. Even though I don't completely buy that. I was a bit disappointed. Not that you have done the mod, is it really worth it? What about the ground clearance after the mod, which is the reason RE gave us stiff shocks in the first place?

Out of four I've done the Rear shocks change and Bar raisers for my Hunter. As said in the video 'my back was thankful' and bar raisers have done their job. Thanks to Big bear team for the timely suggestion.

Hey sir this is something different from all the boring mods that they've been doing to the hunter, i own a hunter 350 and have been riding it for the past 1 year and i personally agree with the difference that these mods can do and provide a much better riding experience. How ever a small query, what do you think about ditching thr stock tyres and getting a block pattern or the dual purpose tyres, will that make a difference in a good or bad way?? Please suggest.
Thanks. If you ride on such terrains you can change else on tarmac they offer lesser grip and make steering heavy.

My RE TB350 2016 twin disk model rear shock are terrible. I fiddled around with the adjustments, still I could not get comfortable ride with in city. Very bumpy. Please suggest if I can replace any other RE model suspension, (say reborn bullet 350) or any good suspension to enjoy city and rural rides smoothly?

Hi Bosky, following your modification video I'm interested in changing my suspension on Hunter with one from Classic 350. Keeping aside the benefit of direct fit (without any bush change) with Classic Reborn suspension, do you think of any advantages the nitrox suspension (old Classic 350 suspension) will have over Classic Reborn suspension?

Great mods, especially with the suspension, but then will it take on bumps well without scraping the belly, given the low ground clearance of 150mm ?

thinking of installing a performance air filter (bmc/ N-gage) to my hunter. is it necessary to change the stock exhaust to a free flow exhaust too? also would like to kno your thoughts on installing ngk spark plug kit.. pros/cons
Useful mods. NGK will help cold engine performance. Filter will help good airflow. No need to change exhaust.
What did the fuel x did to the performance part of the bike does the fuel economy increased or it got more top end performance since its the most expensive mod i would love to know
Improves throttle response. That's it.
Will the classic rear shocker affect the ride & handling of the bike? The Hunter with it's stiff suspension performs well at high speeds
Then stay with the stock if it works for you.

Sir just a curious question, since you have driven multiple bikes. Could you tell ne whether the shotgun suspension is better than Hunter or not. I have not been able to find any information regarding it because I was actually considering upgrading from my hunter to Shotgun. Thanking you in advance sir.
They are different machines and a comparison even of the suspension is I appropriate. The handling and feel is quite different. Take a test ride to know more.

Previously i was riding Benelli 302r, though the position was sporty, i didnt have any backpain.
After using hunter for 3 months, i have got lower back pain, which persist if i ride daily (2hrs commute).
Shall I try changing suspensions or handlebar?? Or both.

Between the two, you can consider to go with the Classic.
Hi. Like your video style of precise and only needed details. What is your choice between hunter 350 and scram 411? My first bike Which i except to last long without any major or frequent issue. My need is a good daily commuter with style , rare tour, comfortable and safety. Not a offroader but considering indian roads that is inevitable.

The bike doesn't scrape with a 150 mm ground clearance due to firm suspension setup. if the classic suspension is quite plush then won't it scrape easily with pillion on the back?
It can scrape. So it's a choice the rider makes. Comfy ride with caution over speedbumps or hard ride with no risk of scraping.

I want to extend my throttle cable for hunter 350 after installing carbon racing handlebar riser. What would you suggest? As turning handle to right , the cable is tight when i lock to right.

Great video. I've ridden my hunter 20k kms. I'm short and the lean onto the handle bar is really painful on long rides. I've already ordered an angled handle bar riser and I'm definitely gonna get the easy clutch too. I was also planning to either change my seat or replace the shock.
About the fuelx, does it really make a difference for the 10k price tag? also, would you share your opinion on the fuelx lite?

Hello sir! Do you think an Endurance or Gabriel shock absorber from the Pulsar 220 would be good for the Hunter 350? I feel since Classic is heavier swapping the shocks with it may not result in that big a difference. Please let me know what you think sir!
The installation of C350 shocks has worked and the rider is happy. Don't know about Pulsar shocks.

@@bigbearbangalore I have the touring (bench) seat on my Hunter 350. And the discomfort is a lot on 50km+ rides (especially for the pillion). Do you know about any other comfortable seats or places which make custom seats for RE Hunter?

Classic 350 Reborn is direct fit.
Is fuelx necessary i mean without the change of air filter i don't think its gonna change whole lot, also isn't its going to negatively impact the engine in long run like 2/3 years
Makes a difference without the performance filter. It's only marginally extra fuel under acceleration so no damage to engine.

Depends on what grip you're looking for. Check on different block patterns perhaps.

What u recommend? FuelX pro or Lite. What is the diff in ability of map adjustment? Do we need that?
Pro has 10 settings that can be manually adjusted and is superior to the Lite.

Ride it in different setting and use the setting that you feel good to ride in. And this can vary too. There is no rule that it should stay one a specific setting.

@karanlalwani009 no harm. There is no mess up possible. AFR is anyway dynamic so don't worry about it. The FuelX Pro range although is 10 steps, that's within a 10% of the entire range of the main ECU.
Sir after installig the handlebar risers, would the motorcycle start vibrating after some time passes by and also which company's bar risers did you install?
Bar risers can cause increased handlebar vibrations or fuzziness. I don't use any ony motorcycles. For the Hunter you can check on Moto Torque.

I own a meteor 350, Which one would you suggest, the previous generation classic 350 suspension which had a gas charged setup, or the current generation classic 350 suspension which is not gas charged.

Hi Sir, I also did this modification today. However there is one issue post mod which is not highlighted here.
Since the classic 350 suspension is softer compared to original Hunter 350 suspension, the saree gaurd bottom side comes close to the nut connecting the bottom end of suspension. This is prominent when a pillion boards. So whenever there is any bump or pothole the nut is hitting the saree gaurd and making noise.
Did you do any fix for this or not? Please note that with solo rider this issue is not there as there is sufficient gap in that case.

I was thinking to may be change that nut to same size but without a rounded head that is present right now. But have to search for the same from some local mechanic shops.

No decrease when static. Some reduction when acting.

Sir one question which shocks you used and does the stiffness is reduced without compromising stability at say 70-80kmph

Yes that's one of the reason for stiff shock. The Classic shock does not alter ground clearance. It softens the action.

Warranty should not be voided but it's up to the company.

Been watching your videos recently and was searching your channel for a mods video on the old classic 350 , I have a 2018 classic and i want to invest in perfomance mods first thing would be bmc air filter (I've been hearing that for a while now and your videos confirmed that so thanks) and i want some help regarding others . I don't think fuelx or powertronic are in play as the bike is not fuel injected but Carburettor based so pleases suggest some mods accordingly.

Am not sure if much performance can be extracted from the Classic. Needs a lot of work as far as I know.
Am not familiar with making carburetor models go faster.
Oh okay , given the circumstances should i even go ahead with the bmc or no ? I mean i was looking for 3 mods, 1st the bmc air filter ,2nd performance exhaust from moto torque and lastly iridium spark plugs from ngk
Please give me an overview if I should even spend 10-15k in the bike or just let it go until i buy something new (which would be in the coming 2-3 years)

The old Classic has limitations. It's difficult to make it go faster. May not be worth all the time and energy.

Mid pre-load setting. Higher or lower is a personal preference.

The clutch has no warranty anyway so no issues with warranty.

When I turn on the ignition of my Hunter 350 it shows 10201 just after the swipe, recently a friend bought one it shows 10301. What does it mean?
