Sir "neet-SS radio" ki preparation kaise karni hai? Aur how did you creaked it? And ehich is better DM vs FELLOWSHIP? And should we focus on neet ss while doing recidency? Please sir make video on that
Rad Onco is a highly specialised branch. The class size in US should be proportionate to the number of Radiotherapy units being added. The Rad Oncologists in US say that you can get a job right after Residency, however, you'd have to move to nowhere.
That’s actually not true. Radonc is not saturated in the US but a highly competitive branch - which means you are really competing with great candidates who are dedicated to their work (rather than just work towards passing exams), so it is not a piece of cake to get a great job. Plus add to that the fact that being an IMG or a non-US citizen is always a challenge. But other than that, if you’re smart and love what you do, you will be able to land a position which you’ll love. There are certainly many more “big” cities in the US than India.
Hello Dr. Rishabh! I wanted to know more about how to make a good team in a new place post rad onc. If I'm doing rad onc in a city far from my native town...would you suggest going and joining a corporate setup to make new connections?
Sir how difficult it is to find a job after doing md, cancer institutes being very less and with more dnb rad onc courses, will the field get saturated anytime soon.
@RishabhJain2970 Hello sir, I am considering taking up Radiation therapy and I think I might get into a good college from All india counselling, just wanted to ask you about the availability of job vacancy after PG?? Could you elaborate and maybe share some data with me please??
