You've really got to start teaching proper Mathematics like Integration, Differentiation, Trigonometric Functions and Identities and much more, rather than these tricks.
The trick is useful also you mentioned its only for a perfect square which is too good. When the student gets a question they may not know whether it is a perfect square or not. How can they go for it. For example if they get 9316 instead of 9216 what will happen they may use the technique to end up with wrong answer
If possible make video to find Fibonacci numbers easily if more than 3 digits and easy method to find cube root. Thanks for your video. Keep rocking Lion

This is called the estimation method , I have learnt it in school already. Can u share any other easy methods which takes less time ?
