I am confused here, with this example when I try to verify 2306 square root is 48.020 but as per this video the last digits ending with 0,1,4,5,6,9 are perfect square, likewise verfied few more 2309, 2305 etc.

Sairaj Holkar, 676 is a perfect square. Multiply 26 by 26.
