Thank you for doing the everlane review. I've been eyeing the muscle tank as well. My last everlane piece was a white ryan long sleeve, and I feel like it fit the body pretty close to the way it looks on the model. Not sheer. I live in Texas, and it's pretty warm here, so it's a good piece for spring/fall/and what we call "winter". That grey skirt is amazing! Also wanted to say that unboxing videos are fun to watch, but I applaud the fact that you don't do many. I know you're trying to stick to your ethics and cut down on your purchases, and I am encouraged by that. Keep it up.

Very well. The thick fabric is pretty indestructible and doesn't stretch out.

My absolute favourite Everlane piece (apart from the silk shirts) is the boxy striped tee in black with white stripes. It is actually a bit more like a sweatshirt for me, but I love the weight of the cotton and the style of it. I bought it in size S but it fits pretty large like most Everlane stuff and I think the loose fit works well with the style.
+Sam Ross-Gower So the same as the grey/white one I got? I've been wanting one of those for so long so I was glad to pick it up. I think it'll look cute tucked into a leather skirt or something like that. It's such good quality too!

The cut on mine is slightly different with a big slit at the side and 3/4 sleeves www.everlane.com/collections/womens-tees/products/womens-boxy-striped-black-white. I love it so much that I have been thinking of getting one of the long sleeved versions like you just got so I'd be interested to hear how you get on with it.

+thankstofashion In Australia customs doesn't get charged on purchases under $1000 so it hasn't been an issue for me. You actually get to set your own customs form though so you could put a lower value if you wanted to (though not advisable for insurance purposes!)

I hated soar too, so so bad. The basic tops you got are so beautiful. I got another marinière too. It is from Amor-Lux, white and bright blue stripes (Never heard anything about this brand!).
OMG the skirt.
+Valeria M I just think it's the wooden liner pencils - they are so hard and just don't feel nice to apply on the lips. The pro longwear ones on the other hand are SUPER creamy which I love. Armour Lux makes beautiful striped tops, great choice!!

+TheAlwaysEvolving I have worn my hair up in a bun in videos before but I feel like I have such a funny shaped head so more often than not will wear it down! I did wear it up in a video that is coming up in the next few weeks so do keep an eye out :)

+rosecolouredglasses The condition on The Real Real said: Very Good. Minor wear to fabric. - however I actually think it looks like new. I make sure to zoom in on all the photos as sometimes the stated condition doesn't match the images. I hope that helps x
+mademoiselle Yes it does, thank you Jamie! I love browsing TRR since there seem to be bargains to be had but sometimes misspellings and outright errors on the description occur and that makes me wary. (on top of hellacious shipping and duty)

Do you still have to pay custom fees if you use this service?
+ivanete roark Tx I was just about to ask the same question. Also how long does it take to ship and is the cost of shipping each parcel lower than normal postage?
+MiuMiu G You get to select your own shipping option so you can go with DHL 1-3 working days, which I pick that or the Aus Post option which takes about 6-10 working days. The cost of shipping is a bit expensive, I want to say that this cost about $85 USD including all the consolidation and parcel fees that they slap on top of the shipping, which is just under $15 USD per package (there were six orders in there in total). For me it was worth it given that shipping for the skirt from The Real Real would have cost me $40 USD on its own. Last time I did a smaller number of orders (2 diff stores) and the shipping was more like $60 USD total with the Shipito fees. It depends on if it is worth it to you; I only do it because I can't buy Everlane otherwise!

You actually get to complete the customs form yourself and can request for the order form/receipt to be binned if you want so you could lower the value if you wanted to. In Australia the limit is $1000 so I put the actual value for each item personally. Hope that helps!
