I almost 16 hours in three days watching and following several videos but none of them helped. I decided to format the disk because I did not have important documents in Windows 10 Pro. Then I installed Windows 7 Pro. It is so much faster to start up Windows than horrible W 10.

The problem is that the start up repair doesn't want to work for some reason. If it boots up i still have the same issue you aren't solving anything
