- HUGE thank you to WaveMind for sending me this plugin for making this demo / overview. It's both ready to crush deathcore tones, thall tones, and even ambient and atmospheric tones with ease.

Yoooo Blake so glad you made a video on it!
It’s such a good sim man. Thank you for bringing it to my attention 😭
i loved this amp
So I used this a couple days ago in a demo. I haven’t put EQ on any of the recording and it sounds massive and explosive, so much so that I haven’t even added bass tracks. I feel like it sounds a lot better than the three neural plugins I use.
That song slams. I'd like to get my hands on these stems.
Thanks man! It should be releasing soon. I may release the stems / multitracks for it like my previous releases as well.

yup been using it for a while now
I have the ecocide plugin. It's really cool how it has a sick bass amp too.
giutar 👍

I was hoping you'd find this amp after your Mirar sound video, the destructor pedal in this amp - is i believe does what you manually created with the ring mod
It does have a very similar effect, and I wish I knew about it sooner 😤
The Destructor is trying to recreate the octave fuzz pedal sound, and it does an incredibly great job at making that nasty snarl.
You should try the gate thats included in the berry amp it works really well
I am absolutely a huge fan of low end heavy guitars, but I have a love and hate relationship with trying to sit the guitars and bass in the low end - this is what I find annoying when shaping the tone. However, I like the fact that you've explained about fitting the guitar tone in by using another cab sim, and IRs I believe are the case in terms of phasing issues if this makes sense.
Nevertheless, good video and the plugin sounds great! I enjoyed every bit of it.
IRs play such a huge role in the overall sound and feel. It’s unreal sometimes. Something so simple can solve so much sometimes that it’s almost funny lol. I feel that wholeheartedly. I’ve been very much struggling with a mic recently with this exact issue you’re describing.
And thank you my man! 🙏 I appreciate you

Got this one as well and it's sick AF. But also have had the same bugs where Everytime I select a preset then close the instance of the plugin it doesn't show which one it was on before so you have to remember. Also have had a few bugs where the sound isn't right upon reopening it until you re select whatever preset or settings you had. Not a huge issue but a little hiccup I hope they fix in an update. Also notice some weirdness when you turn on the drop and off. It's like it's creating a double effect sometimes but not always. So it's an awesome plugin with some unique sounds just a little quirky.
Yeah there’s a few things here and there I’ve noticed and plan on bringing up with the WaveMind team. I have high hopes that it will only get better. They seem to be on top of their stuff and I appreciate that.
Overall though it’s such a fun plugin. I find myself reaching for it more often for layering than what my usual sims were
@@BlakeLW I agree, they seem to be very much into making some killer products and are very open to the feedback and input. I did a screen recording to show them what I was experiencing and communicated a bit with them about it. Hopefully they'll work out a few fixes for an otherwise brutal and impressive plugin. I ended up using this one to replace my main left/right guitar tone which I was using Gojira for previously in a track/mix I'm currently working on. I did a quad track blending this plugin with II II II II and it's got that modern take on a 90s death metal tone. I really love the tone you're getting from this plugin alone with that 7 string. I think I'll need to get one of those eventually. Great work!
Resington was right!
what IR did you swap to?
It was the I love m160tbh preset in GGD contenders!
@@BlakeLW Ive been playing alot with it, i really love the tone. Theres alot of background noise that builds if i stack unedited playthroughs. I guess im gonna try splicing at every pick strike point and see what that does.
Do you mind me asking what interface are you recording into?
I use the Focusrite Clarett Octo Pre
low end is not not deep enough. It is more like a consistent blob of bass rather then a punch of earthquake. Line6 Modern Badonk is the way for me still. Thanks for the great showcase by the way.
It is unique for sure, though I find a lot of that is much clearer with external IRs and it still goes crazy hard for the style.
And thank you man! 🙏
