Don't know why I'm watching this since I can barely get 3 revs in a forward camel haha! Your explanations are excellent and I love watching your videos! Your tips have really helped me out with my skating :) I hope to start working on back camel and flying camel as soon as I get my forward camel consistent!

What does it mean by “check” in figure skating?
It is like you secure your self, usually with your hands on a position, so you can secure the position
for this video - keeping your shoulder back (stop it from whipping forwards) after the 3turn
Could you do another scratch spin video if you know anymore tips or a waltz jump video!

How is flying camel different from a butterfly
I wonder if this would be possible in hockey skates?
would be harder but I have seen amazing skills in hockey skates! like freestyle skating. so yes I believe possible.

hi coach mary! i love watching your vids, even if im not at this skill yet :) i have a question! i am getting new skates soon but i dont know what brand. do you have any suggestions? a lot of people say edea but the skates i have right now are riedell. i really need a update because i have riedell diamond right now and i should be at riedell motion. Any tips or suggestions will be well appreciated!
Hi there! I would talk to your local skate shop and get a fitting. Different brands fit feet different and are better for certain feet types. The level of the boot will match your skating level hope that helps!
