Man yeah Mr Steve, really enjoyed seeing you, the sprayer, and the fifty out working!! Thats a sweet setup!! Aren't sprayers just so much fun🤣🤣🤣 I missed a few spots and had issues in one field (video to come) but we did ok for the first time!! That is Awesome you got that ground!!! Looking fwd to seeing that new planter at work!!! Thank you sir for bringing us along!! Hope to see more of you this year!! 😁😁👍👍🌽🌽🚜🚜🚜🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thank you Nelson, I hope to be on here more this year as well. The thing I learned today is I need a bigger sprayer.....those little wheels take a beating on that rough ground. Maybe I'll fab up a 3 pt rig using the tank, pump and nozzles. I'm looking forward to using that new to me planter as well sir!
@@TheGrumpyFarmer Dang busier than a 3 tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs...but I did get the road record and trailer on the road finally 🤔 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂 Busy yes , swatting dang bees 🤬🤬🤬🤣🤣😂😂😂
Nice little sprayer!! Calibration is always fun 🙄, but once it's done, it's done!! 20" is pretty common. Nice to see the 50 out working!!! Good to see you Steve!! Hopefully you and your family are doing well!!!
Thanks and good morning Ed. I remember when I was in college a long time ago they taught us how to calibrate a sprayer....guess it's still a used skillset. LOL Uou and your family as well sir!
@@AnglesideFarm was calibrating a temporary spray a couple of weeks ago, using the fire trailer to apply some fertilizer.. painfully slow, but getting it done 👍
That’s a great little sprayer setup Steve. Truly a multi use set up with the hand wand on the side too! Old pastures can be a little cranky when they get broke up. We are breaking up some again this year. Great to reach out to locals to use extra land. Bring us back when you break that up?
Good question.....I am planting a very early sweet corn and a mid maturing field corn so the hope is they will not be in the pollination mode at the same time, also they will have some spacing away from each other. The one thing over the years I have always noticed is a farmer will plant 6 rows of sweeet corn right next to their field corn....I've heard that field corn being dent corn and sweet corn being something else, they don't cross pollinate, but I have no real knowledge if thats true.
Your dad created a nice set-up. Have a great week.
Thank You, you have a great week as well sir!
I enjoyed seeing the 2 cylinder at work. That is rare these days.
Thank you Steve.
Thanks Bryce, I think every thing I do with my old equiptment is rare these days!
That's a nice sprayer! Good to hear the 50 out working. I hope you have a good one, Steve!
Thanks, I enjoy anytime I can find a job for that old 50. You have a good one to Evan

Bring us back when you break that up?
Thank You Annette, yes I will be bringing you back for the tillage, then planting of this little chunk of ground.
Won't be long and the 3010 and the oliver 3 bottom will be rolling some dirt...Thanks Steve.
I think the plowing portion to this endeavor will be the most fun! Thank You Brent!
Good afternoon Steve.
Just broke for lunch, so why not watch an Angleside Farm video?
Good morning Gary....I agree what could be better? LOL
Nice work! Hope to see you busting this ground soon
Should be in about a week Tim
Thanks
John Deere is the best, I wish I owned one!
My favorite as well sir!
Thanks for sharing! I've got a question for you. If you plant field corn next to sweet corn won't they cross pollinate?
