This phone is not worth the money. I never had a phone before that had problems within the first month of usage like this one. The two main problems I have with it is that it restarts on it's own, and many times if someone calls me, they can hear me, but I can't hear them. Have to restart the phone every time.

Stay away from official forums. It's full of foreign fan boys who think they own a real flagship phone. OnePlus had promise in the beginning but it's ship sailed years ago.
You saved my OnePlus 10 Pro.. I was using it and it just went out. Would not turn on. When I plugged it into the charger the splash screen would appear vibrate and disappear, and it did this over and over again... I found your video held the up button and the power button for a very long time it seemed and then it finally reset turned on and has been acting fine ever since. Very weird if you ask me. Thank you!!!!

I did everything you suggested but nothing. I can feel it vibrate but nothing turned on. I can hear text notifications too. I dropped my phone once and the screen didnt crack but the front plate was loose. For awhile I could gently lift it and blow dust off then press it back the front screen plate together and it was enough but I think it's a goner. Thanks for the help though.

My phone was vibrating and making noises, but with the blank screen. Steps 1 and 2 didn't work. However, I left the phone on charge for 20 minutes, unplugged it, then tried step 1 again and Hey Ho, it worked 👍 Thank You! 😊

THANKS! I woke up this morning after the phone was on the charger all night. I picked up the phone to see if I got calls the phone was dead. I plugged it into my Computer and nothing the phone was ice cold and dead as a doorknob. I pressed the power and vol+ button and it started right up.
Thought you kind of helped out a little bit because I didn't know how to shut my power of but when I watched this video I already knew how to turn power off Thought I would say this video is helpful for some people.
What I did recognize is while I open the phone up for change the whole screen module there was collected dirt in the down on the screen axle joint (the screen will turn up of the body like a door). In general there is so many harrasmented electric contact on this perticule model that I've not seeing on any other brands models!😅
Tried all the steps and didn't work .. But another method worked "Throw your phone" -Be strong and throw your phone once your screen may appear without a restart
I just got a 1plus 10 5g and on the 3rd week I thought I have. a dead phone, plugged the charger for an hour, nothing happened.I thought of going to T-Mobile to have it replaced. I tried using the power and volume up, and I am glad when I saw the 1+l logo..👍😘
The screen isn't on yet BUT I noticed after the tapping and massaging it seems to be getting slightly brighter. I just put it in the freezer and it is vibrating as if it's going on and off? Idk. this black screen issue is a software problem with the OS. rebooting is not a fix it is a workaround. somebody needs to sue one+
