It's really funny that here you can see Dr. Timothy's scrapped moves. He was going to be a playable character, but was removed from the game to be just a NPC. It's a shame, he seems extremely fun to play.

PokeWolfe64 blaster knockback move knocks farther back but root burst has a larger aoe. Nine times out of ten I would say root burst is better. Still if the farther knockback allows you to knock someone into someone else easier it might be better.
Sadly this didn't work for me. Used exactly the same parameters and copied your every move but unfortunately my character went before toolshed which messed it up and thanks to my team member jimmy who stupidly got himself charmed by evil timmy i lost. I think i give up with this level now. It's impossible.
Shit, sorry. The only thing I can think of is equipping nanobot chassis for the DNA. I wasn't keeping track of my artifacts at this time unfortunately but I'm pretty sure I used nanobot chassis, and I know sometimes DNA can affect the turn order. And I'm sure you already did this, but you can always try putting the allies in different slots and see if that changes anything. I have this uploaded on ultra mode too...obviously it's different but maybe using that same strategy will work on this one? Yeah, I'm really sad we couldn't get him even in DLC. But Henrietta and Mint Berry Crunch were still really good.
