We may carry regret from:
Losing a relationship
Losing a pregnancy
Losing a loved one
Losing job or career
Losing your dreams
Whatever it is, the regret we feel today is real.
It may have been with us for a long time.
We have tried carrying it for a long time, shall we explore another way of dealing with it?
Can we relive that experience the way we would have liked it to.
Live it in a completely opposite way.
You may also explore writing it down, just the way you would have liked it to be.
Please do this session as often as you like to and share your experience.
