@@DieselDucy I just ordered two of the T1's on eBay. While compatible replacement CCD sensors are available for the T1, they're currently out of stock. Hoping one of the T1's work OK, probably best case scenario since the CCD in these have such a high failure rate.

@@DieselDucy Yeah, I probably will end up just selling them. Apparently replacement parts are no longer available for them. I ordered a T5 and it works fine, but it's seen better days. Anyway, I just ordered a Sony DSC-TX100V which should hopefully end my compact camera lows. I know you unboxed one of these cameras quite a while back. How did you like it, if I may ask?
I have this camera and its worth every penny! It does an amazing job at HD video and High Quality photos! Look at my HD test! Its incredible!

The T1
the videos are not very good. it has some "hiss" in the image when shooting in low light, and the sound is not that good. you can only use 4x digital zoom when filming, and it has no autofocus.
now i have sony handycam dcr-sr35e, which has 40x optical zoom during filming, stereo sound, great low light performance due to the nightshot feature, and good autofocus.
Can you pause it? i can't seem to
i have a canon powershot A1000IS, 10.0 megapixel 4x optical zoom 16x digital zoom.
