    I really enjoy working on a particular part of the body as sometimes it feels like full body doesn't allow enough time to get right into particular areas. Really enjoyed this - thank you!

    movements and lessons are good. However, information between movements is necessary yes. The longer the conversations, the lower the efficiency. Thank you.

    This was awesome and challenging! Any tips on how to not make it so herky-jerky when putting straps on knees and doing one legged pull ins? Even when I go slow it still has that lack of tension on the other cable. Hoping to find out how to be more fluid with that

      sounds like your back hips need more stability, focus on keeping your frame, have a beginner video on this on my channel :)
