Am I the only one having problems visualizing TH-cam videos? I have a good Internet connection and I can watch some videos on 1080p, but I can't watch half of them on 144p without it having to stop to buffer. And this is one of those.
From what I understand, when a video is first uploaded, it's only available at lower resolutions. I forget all the technical reasons why, but basically, it's youtube's fault
ctorrpan Click the options button on google chrome (button below the red X that closes the window), then click settings... now select extensions option on settings and click it, then click on "find more extensions" link...search for the "SmartVideo for TH-cam" extension and allow it on the same setting/extensions page, tweak with the options as you wish. It solved my problem
