Awesome deck profile. Everything was explained super clearly, especially on choices of cards! Would love to see a combo video at some point if possible.
Glad we could catch up after all this time! This was an extremely fun tournament. I’m happy we both did well too. I’m also really excited that I could finally showcase the theory that I had in mind since realm was revealed in the OCG.
thoughts on pairing it up with buster blader ? I built a build simmilar to yours with the buster cards , to provide with the lock , granted , it is ment to brake boards and the blader engine is always a go 1st , but hitting em with the buster lock + skill drain after you brake apart everything just feels so right :D
I’ve missed so much in YGO. I love cyberdarks since the beginning. I always wanted to run them in locals. And this deck list gives me inspiration. I was trying to figure out how he combo certain cards. I’m so behind on main combos and what cards do.
Really solid list. I just bubbled out of a regional last week playing a going first trap list. Glad to see other people doing well with this deck (and agreeing that chimera is a bad card).
@@generalknez3942 It's so much worse that it's limited to Spell/Traps. You can't even trigger Herz, ditch excess hand traps or set-up your GY because of it, and if you draw your power bond? GG...
@@savatoex if u draw it then thats 2 dead cards in your deck, waiting to make you brick! If at LEAST it would have an eff where you could not only search power bond from deck but the grave as well, that would solve a few issues although that discard is BAD cuz literally no cyber spells or traps or any that the deck uses are a + when in graveyard, you are just hurting yourself now.
I've been looking for this profile since I seen it featured on another channel. After playing a similar build, this deck is nuts. This man is an innovator.
going first in the first game is really rough. There really isn't much you can do with it. If you can get a foolish burial/golden lord or Gizmek in your opening hand then you can get going, but otherwise it is pretty dead. Then it really depends on if your opponent lets your keep your backrow intact. If you can set a super Poly, droplet (altho I used Chalice cause fuck how expensive droplet is haha) or maybe an overflow, you can somewhat have some control. But if you have to go first in game 1, then that means the opponent is also playing a going blind second deck, so he'll have his own board breakers/removal, and might just be running a OTK deck which you can't really do much against if you just got a Cyberdark with a cannon equipped and a core on the field. That's actually the reason why I run a Dogmatika engine in the deck, it gives you at least a chance to do something if you're going first.
It says cyberdark deck but all i see hands traps and negations. I never get how they make decks and put 90% to negate the opponent's every move. For me is pretty boring and take the fun out it.
Idk the Cyberdark Deck without just 2 cyber Dragons it's unplayable if u ad 2 cyber dragons boom...... I hope we get new cyberdark to replace the cyber dragons....
I love this decklist but something annoy me, it's maybe because at first i'm not a meta player but I wondering how you can call this deck a "cyberdark" deck knowing that's out of the 56 cards, only 19 are related to the Cyberdragon/Cyberdark archetype
It’s cool I know cyber darks arnt good but I kinda wanted to see a deck focused on the cyber dark fusion the cyberdark engine is pretty good so I see why you did that tho (Btw you can do tzokin off their engine)
Dang man. See you had me until you bust out 3 ash ghost hand traps. Everyone will make room for those chick's. Lol I can't do it. I grew up in a dueling era without those.
If you don't run them, you're basically just asking to lose in modern Yugioh. No competitive deck will run without them because they can stop an opponent dead in their tracks and works against pretty much every modern archetype (Ash especially so). If you find a deck profile without 3x Ash Blossom and other handtraps, chances are they aren't competitive and will generally lose games. So they've just become this necessary evil to hold back the sheer overwhelming power of modern cards. Which I would say is a shame that modern cards are so powerful you need (objectively) busted handtraps to stop them, but I digress.
@@Kaiyuni i don't see a point it's like ash blossom has yet to stop me. I run time thief. I played on master duels and never had a hard time when I got ash blossomed. I recently switched over to ygopro and have yet to need that card. It's like when I ran into a dark dragoon. I didn't kaiju it I ran over it. I don't know I'm not as competitive as I use to be. I just don't think hand traps are the only way to deal with someone. But that's just the old duelist in me.
What a lovely guy, best profile I’ve seen in a while

i tought the same, 2 or 3 combos would be nice. Anyway great content
Also would love to see a combo video or test hands of this new build
Love it, great job Alex!
Love the reasoning behind his cards. Dude played the hell out of his deck for sure. Good stuff
Yes! Been wanting to see this since I saw the top 8
Honestly, cyberdark is probably my favorite deck, and this is a completely new way to look at it. Rly looking forward to building this

Nice to see you again too friend!

Have yo uupdated the deck by now?
Anyone can explain me how he can build a board exacly? The deck is just way to diff than most of the other cybers decks
Any chance we can see another collaboration with Alex to see how he's playing the deck for pote?
holy fuck.. this guy won a CASE by playing cyberdark?! i'm shook
And he was going 2nd
Handtrap links featuring cyberdarks
Impressive nicely done 💪🏽 is there aaany way we can get the key combos or lines of play for this build? 🙏🏼
Eldilich in Cyberdark, eh? Would've never thought about that.
Great profile, innovative deck!
Was waiting for upload since your post, nice profile as always

No worries. The nice thing about this build is that the deck isn’t difficult to get a grasp of. Combos are short sweet and effective.

Bro that discard cost wasnt needed...

"Foolish Burial on Legs" certainly is food for thought. 🤔
could you show us a kinds of combos with this deck pls
Can we see some duels with this deck. Seems really cool. Wondering what the play is if he is forced to go first??

What an absolute chad.
Why to play cyberdark over pure cyber?
I love Cyber Dragon hope to see combo video
What are those cards after cyber dragon I didn’t hear a name
Man dismisses the chimera combo and my interest is immediately piqued.
Was this the case tourney in Arizona ?

The last 3 monster cards, can someone reply what they are please, having a hard time
The last main deck monsters are destrudo, eldlich and gizmek orochi
