Shubhank Sharma - Wo Subah | The Pinecone Sessions

Watch Shubhank Sharma perform his original "Wo Subah" at the second Pinecone Session held at Cafe Under Tree, Shimla.
This song is based on a real incident .
On July 30th 2015 a terrorist named Yakub Memon, who was convicted over his involvement in the 1993 Bombay bombings ,was hanged by the Special Terrorist and Disruptive Activities court.
This song speaks about his thoughts during his last night in the prison cell , knowing that the next morning will be his last, and that too to the extent of even knowing the exact timing of his death .
Any human being would be in a turmoil of thoughts if he knows his exact timing of death ,and
more so in this case after having killed so many people in the blasts, and yet ending up in a misery , contrary to what he might have thought at the time of the Bombay Blasts.
