Ideas for next episodes: 1. Fertiliser useage at different soils. 2. How new buildings change workers mechanics? Do they ride faster or have better AI? Does it affect only fertilising, or also other equipment like harvesters?
irl applying fertiliser influences the soil pH. I've not noticed this being the case in game, but I may not have waited long enough or applied enough fertiliser for it to be noticable. Something to test though.
When I unfold the scout the Mini map is stuck on yields. So when I take new sample I don’t have the green circle or know where I have taken samples. Is there a way to switch it back.
My PC died last November, so I'm just catching up on this mod now I've got a new one. Do you have a playlist created for it as I would like to watch them in order and keep them in my "to watch" list for reference. Great work. Thanks!
Honestly, I feel until they have a "helper AI" that can do a LOT more for you (not just plow this and then stop, or harvest this then stop - they need to be able to be set on commands to do things, such as: work this particular field, plow, seed, harvest and then the AI helper gains levels and becomes more proficient ect), until they can do any of that, all this DLC does is add even more than the player has to do and try to keep up with. There is already so much to do and nearly no help from the AI without the aid of MODs. I would say this DLC is a serious hard pass for me.

Does it matter when you take the samples? Before seeding or after harvest? Or somewhere in between?
You should do them first so you know what you need to, so before ever planting anything
Hopefully, Courseplay will update to do a sampling course.

Something to test though.
I’ve noticed the best way to reach higher pH is to (plow, lime, S. fertilizer, Manure, L. Fertilizer.) seems excessive, but it’s worked

No influence, it will work for the range of the whole map no matter where or the size of the map or station

I've seen that a few times, but it's always fixed with a restart

I don't think there's a limit on soil samples or it's absurdly high. I've done ~130 samples in a single go on a very large field.
I'm going to wait till they increase the diameter of the sample. Too expensive to test huge fields.

It does not really add more to do, it mainly adds depth and realism to the game
