Debbie you have turned me into a GREAT cook. Your instructional videos stand out above the rest because you show every step, not taking for granted that the viewer knows what to do. For instance, drying the fish prior to seasoning...that makes a difference. My husband went fishing and caught a lot of porgies. I followed this recipe, had my mom and some friends over, and it was quite the rave. I topped it off with a sauce you made in a previous video and I received compliments galore. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Blessings!
Debbie I pull up your recipes whenever I am going to cook anything, weather I know how or not. Thank you for your dedication to make others enjoy their meals. The accent makes me feel right at home.
Thank you Ms Debbie for being apart of my kitchen. Always learning something new from you. Love the precise instructions! Continue do what you do ( in Ms Debbie voice🤣)🙏🥰

I can listen to this woman all day. Her knowledge and respect for fish is awesome. She reminds me of my mum and dad. My tribe are people of the river and people of the land. It was such a joy listening to her.
Ms. Debbie, that fish look good! I wouldn't mind having a piece of that for tea/breakfast. My Granny from Belize used to cut up some onions and steam it in vinegar then throw that over her mountain of fried fish every Saturday. Man, I miss her. Thanks for helping me remember my Granny who was a naturally excellent cook like you. Debbie. Gal, you gifted. You know!! Thank you for sharing your natural talent with us. From your Belizean sister living in the US. Tell Camera Girl she does an excellent job!!
Thanks Debbie, I really appreciate the Jamaican dishes you have showed from time to time. I always can depend on you to get my dishes done the proper way !! :)
Thank you for your tutorial! I caught a little kokane (like a fresh water salmon) and I cooked it with your tutorial and it tasted just like how my grandmother used to make it. I miss her so much, and it was beautiful to remember her in such a way and to cook a fish I caught! Thank you!
thanks sweet mama. I've been frying fish on high with equal time on both sides. Although it looks nice and brown, it always had an oily sheen and not too crispy. I believe your technique will solve that. Going into the kitchen now. thanks.
Thank you very much for this easy step by step tutoring with a little sarcasm, I really do appreciate it, just the way I like to eat a good fry fish...👏👏👏👍🏼
Thank You Beloved So Much for Your Very informative Wisdom on Aged Fish and it means Much too Me I am a Happy Fish Fryer due this Knowledge Given Great Job and Thank U once Again Much Love Beloved Deidre
I have eaten fish cooked this way. It's just okay to me. First. I don't like the taste from the garlic infused oil. Second, I don't like how soon the fish looses it's texture after it comes out of the pan. I do like to coat my fried fish with finely ground corn meal and various seasonings. Still, I do take my time to fry the fish in the same manner that she does. In the end, I did learn why fish fried in this manner didn't remain firm. Thank you lovely lady for your video.
Thank you very much lovely lady. Just learning how to fry fish and having a hard time. Not anymore after watching your thoroughly explained and easy to follow method.

This is exactly how I make my krisp fried fish. Perfect for escovish. Powdered seasoning takes away the natural flavour that the fish has.
