Coming from the West 99% won't buy. We don't know the area we want yet. Start w/ price. No point in listening to amenities if we can't afford it. If you're trying to bring in Revenue from the West that are BLKPOC start w/ Rental Prices/deposit/lease length on Studio/1bdrm; How far from a store/market? Are u asking for Cedi or USD that's getting ready to die?
