My favorite thing about these movies is Thor's character arch. Having a character, a god no less, show real world symptoms of depression was really impactful. And showing that his character was still worthy to will his hammer despite his struggles was amazing.
I think Endgame was a perfect ending to a decade of mostly fantastic movies. The whole multiverse fluff since then has been mostly underwhelming. It's hard for any one story to have any impact when you know that it is one of the infinite universes. If the hero loses here, so what, he won somewhere else. I hope the future of the MCU goes back to more intimate stories based around one character. Not everything needs to be about stopping a world ending disaster. Just a simple story about something critical to that one individual is enough. More like the original Iron Man or Black Panther. I'm not sure how they will close the multiverse door or if they even will. It has been a good avenue for fan service, but not much for storytelling. What do you guys think?

Having dealt with the comics for so many years the Multiverse itself doesn't bother me it's more the lazy writing.
