    I have PTSD from childhood trauma. As a result, I have always had an extremely negative, self destructive internal dialog. Listening to these positive “I am” affirmation videos while I sleep has finally helped a lifetime problem. I’m 50 years old and for the first time in my life, I don’t have this constant voice in my head telling me what a POS I am, and that I deserve what happened to me. You have no idea what a relief that is! Thank you! I recommend your videos to others with PTSD.

      Please start meditation. Look up Dr Joe dispenza. Your whole life is changing now and following Dr Joe dispenza on TH-cam will blow your mind honestly. But in the meantime I highly suggest some guided meditations on TH-cam or whoever you can find ones that you like.     I listen this track during almost 14 days, not everyday, and i Can see the change, i am more motivated, i have more energy, i am very confident about my goals, i feel accomplished, i work a lot and i dont complain

      I was wondering how long or how often you need to listen for it to make changes in the subconscious as well. Actually my procrastination has gotten worse. It could be that it is pushing my patterns that want to keep me the same. I will keep listening to see if it changes.

    God bless you for these recordings. I have a lot of troubles--C-PTSD, OCD, low self esteem, feelings of inadequacy, perfectionism, and a lot of outdated programming...and I feel like your recordings are really helping. I use them in tandem with therapy and medication, and I am seeing good results. So often I think to myself that my project will never get done...well, yesterday, I finished the first chapter of it, and I worked on some art, too. I recommend your channel to the other people at the outpatient program I'm in. Stay awesome girl 💖

    I listen and after each statement I strike my crystal singing bowls(I have 3) and the message sinks right into my very cells. Or else I sing the affirmation after you say it while driving. Helps push away negative thought patterns. So effective!

    You really have a gift, and these meditations have been transformative for me. This procrastination one, so far, is my favorite. It’s so interesting to hear the beliefs you identify as root causes of this kind of suffering, which absolutely is my Achilles heel and something that I have earnestly been trying to fix for decades, but have had little success up to now. I think, in terms of identifying what the beliefs are, that have been holding me back, you nailed it (judging by the results in my life). I’m so grateful to you and what you’re doing. Thank you.

    I like to have 2 tabs open when I sleep. One video from here, then a second one with background sound like rain or waves on the beach. Then set the volumes separately so you can get the mix you like. I usually keep the beach waves at half volume

      I would recommend heal childhood trauma/ heal inner child or the self love one. Also the connect with your higher self that's like my go to for anything

      @@Ilivethelifeilove Wow thanks so much! 😀 I personally like the Reprogram Your Mind sessions, and would love to have access to one dedicated to self forgiveness.
      Idk why but lately my head has been clouded with thoughts of past mistakes and some of my most embarrassing moments, and they constantly reoccur randomly throughout every single day.
      I find myself asking things like "Why are you (me) so stupid?" or "What the hell is wrong with you?" Even if the incident happened years ago.
      I only recently realized that the reason these thoughts keep resurfacing is because I need to forgive and be more gentle with myself.

    I would like to listen to this video during the day while I work. The affirmations themselves are wonderful. I can bypass the induction section but am worried it will still put me in an altered hypnotic state. Is it safe to just listen to this as if I was listening to music?
    Or do I have to restrict it to sleeping times only?

    Hi - this is so so so great....the scripts, the music, the voice, the accent, its marvelous.
    general q - is it better to focus on say, procastination affirmations for a period of time sequentially (say, a week) and then transition to maybe healing affirmations, or generally, ok to switch from one night to the other on what you need, etc.

    Hello Jess! I love your Videos they habe helped me so much!:) Could you make one for artists about creativity and Self expression ? When I try to make music or paint, i am always Blocked by thoughts about „ it should be that way“ Of „this is not creative enough“ and perfectionism and I end up not being happy with what comes out of me and it Takes away all the fun. It’s like i have all the programming from school in me, with all it’s rules about how Art and creativity should Look like. I want to learn how to be free in my expression.

    Hey Jessica do you have one for doing work that your subconscious always think of as too much work, yard work, difficult tasks etc. To make you motivated to happily do those types of things. Your video for organization and cleaning worked w me so well ever since I listened to it once its like I always clean my dishes right after I am done using them without thinking about it, happily organize my laundry and whatnot, but wish to have the same effect with difficult yard work tasks so im subconsciously motivated to get hard tasks done. Just an idea. Thanks for all you do its really been a life changer! EDIT:Well this one is actually probably exactly what I was looking for.😅 Your the best, and have made my life so much better. I was listening to the release anger and toxicity one for the 2nd night in a row and I had a dream about lightning.. I was woken up and had been struck by lightning in my sleep.. wasn't a really bad or extremely dangerous jolt but that was a feeling like bein turned into a piece of burnt toast..had to vomit afterwards and couldnt sleep in my bed again that night😮 think I may need to listen to that one a few more times to get allll my deep seeded anger out haha

      I have had INCREDIBLE results with this video!!! I keep shifting as I heal but for each road block or limiting belief that I've carried I've listened to one of her videos specific to my need at that time and without doubt each video has done exactly what I needed it to do!! I would suggest listening to the same one every night or day being the subconscious runs off of repetition.. once you can tell you've overcame that specific block switch to the next.. kill them off one at a time!!

      Yes listening during the day works. For the track to be the most effective, I would set aside time for meditation. By meditating, you will put your brain into a 'Theta' state - this is when your brain is most receptive to the reprogramming. So meditate for say 5-10 minutes and then listen to this track for as long as you wish to. Many of us (including me) also listen to these more often e.g. when going for a walk, taking a bath, cooking dinner, as we get ready in the morning. It's up to you - the more the better! Do what works for you and feels like a pleasure. With so much love, Jess 💓

      I heard somewhere that if we listen more than 10 affirmations it's not really effective.. need to repeat only 10 or less..
      As we are using many affirmations , all are awesome.. and many so it is still effective in our mind ? Subconscious remember that ?

    Can you make a track to get more self confidence. It is not that I want to talk to people and be friends with them, it’s that whenever I’m trying to do presentations at school I get so nervous that I can barely talk in front of people without shaking.     I love your affirmations as I’ve commented before on other ones but my question is, is it normal to wake up with a headache and feel tired? I noticed that the ones I’m in dire need of or (the ones I have deep issues with) I wake up the next morning with a headache. It was the same for the social anxiety one as well.

      Shawntel Moussa It could be a sign of subconscious blockages. Your body will resist since the beliefs are deeply embedded in the cells. I get this too as well as nightmares. Just relax and keep listening, and drink water.

    !!I need help!! So I like to sleep with background music and every time I listen to this I fall asleep and dream about my sisters hitting me , bothering me just doing horrible things to me that make me cry in the dream and the crying wakes me up and I just find it so crazy that I wake up crying and I can feel my tears falling down my face and it’s scary and I really wanna know what it means (sorry if this didn’t mean sense I’m just nervous)

      Having unsettling dreams, especially at the beginning of listening to these Reprogram Your Mind While You Sleep tracks, is very normal. This is part of the healing process. If you can imagine that your brain has had a certain set of thoughts settled there for so long and now you are shaking them up. You are unsettling them, you are sorting through the negative thoughts and releasing them. You are replacing them with new, positive thoughts. This is part of healing process and necessary to reprogram your mind for the better. It is therefore very normal for some negative images/thoughts/feelings to come through in your dreams as you release them. Does this explanation help? Trust the process my friend.       @@Ilivethelifeilove thank you 🙌🏻 yesterday I listened to this and I had a dream about hanging out with my boyfriend’s mom and she’s was telling me personal stuff and the next morning I told her the dream and everything she told me in the dream was right (like that she was exactly 4 months pregnant)😳

    I’m listening to these affirmations, and I don’t feel different, I don’t see any change, and I like I’m still stuck in this rut. Why is it not working for me, what am I doing wrong why can’t I see, feel, or think differently after I listen to these affirmations. Someone please help. Because I want to change for the better of my future and my family future.....,

      For me it helps when before falling asleep I try to visualize the affirmations in my mind. In example "I am being calm" I imagine myself being in a very calm situation and "I am loving myself" I imagine giving myself a hug 😄
