just wanted to get on here and tell you my sucess so far im a senior in high school about 200 lbs last year my pr was 135ft even i watched your videos last sunday and it explained to me everything i was doing wrong after watching every video you had on proper technique while doing the "full throw" i realized all the things ive done wrong the next day i immeadiately started practicing everything with some of the different drills you showed and i felt like i was getting so much more power
More than likely you are dive bombing your shoulders and head as you drive into the circle. Stay more upright in the beginning of the throw, keep the head and shoulders upright throughout the throw, and this should keep your posture better as you release to stop the scooping.
Hello PrimalATC ! I'm 13 year old, and i'm from The Netherlands... I Throw with a '1Kg' Discus, and I throw around the '27,70M'.. My coach told me " You have to put more power on it! " But when i do that my arm hurts... And i watch all you videos, So my question is " How can i throw further? " Can you Please answer my question... It will help me alot... ! Thank you PrimalATC ! :)

Ugh, I still can't seem to keep my right foot rotating in the center to push my hips through. How do I work on it?
In the start of power position, is your right leg's heel in ground?
