Perfect for a transition I'm working on where the character melds into spacetime... Idk why I didn't think to use fabric before, but now that I've arrived, this will do nicely. 😎👍
i love how you reply back to as many comments as you can . Thanks for that and I personally find you very innovative and learn from your techniques so much . I'm not there but I hope someday these new ideas pop up in my head too . love your videos , keep posting .
@@KevBinge oh wow , you actually responded . Can you tell me from an experienced animator's point of view , do I have to be great at math to use geometry nodes and is it really that much powerfull as people say it is ?
I do have one up on Patreon that’s about 35 minutes long and lots of detail and included 2 files with the settings that work for this. I may do something in this vane with more detail for TH-cam in the future. Thanks!!
I don't know how he did it, but you can change gravity to the X axis instead. That way, you can do it as a wall from the beginning instead. That's what I'm going to do.
I love your straight forward sarcasm. It makes following these types of videos more entertaining.
Thanks! I get it all from Carlin, R.I.P.

Thank you! I like doing these 😁
I always can't wait to do your tutorials as they are so cool... Thanks again.
Thanks Andrew, and you’re welcome!
This is way better than I was able to do, only thing I don't like is it wraps around the whole thing, but it works! A+ job here!

You too, and thanks!!
My cloth does not strecth this way. The object just pops through it after certain threshold. Do you know what might it be?
Very cool
Thanks!

Am waiting for a modern startrek (like discovery or strange new worlds) warp tunnel effect
I love both series… that would be fun to nail that DNEG look. Thanks!
Love it!

Great video! What are you cloth settings 👉👈
No pink squishy things? Aaaah!!! Come on.
Yeah, I should probably get back to that stuff…
@@KevBinge well ok then, Mister. 😝
very f! cool
Thanks!
You can make vertex groups with ctrl+G? News to me!
Thanks!! Now I need to check and make sure I’d said the right shortcut hahahaha!
@@KevBinge I'm sure it'll be right. I've only ever used it to group in object mode. I never realized the shortcut works for verts
Yea, its not beginner friendly at all. But i need kinda stuff. So, is beginner friendly version coming maybe?
Can you make details tutorial for this video.... 🙏

@@KevBinge thanks you so much for valuable information ❤️
This guy literally doesn't give a shit what we do
Just haters and trolls. I want to help everyone else 😀
bro woke up and decided not to care about anything lol
This is the way 😁
how did you rotate it to be a wall without it messing up the cloth simulation?
I don't know how he did it, but you can change gravity to the X axis instead. That way, you can do it as a wall from the beginning instead. That's what I'm going to do.
@@fpvtyp7664 oh i didn't know you could do that, thank you!
This is a solid way to do it 😁
@@thebanjo67 No problem. 😊
I'm doing me.
I don't watch movies though??
Lol!
