I don't know about fascinating but it is brand new and eventually it will grow into a larger city like all of South Florida.

Thank you very much for the nice comment and yes certain buildings do have rental restrictions so it all depends on the condo building or the housing community. If there's no ruling government involved such as a homeowners association then there's typically no rules on rent. just less to replace after the super hurricane blows your roof off. The roof that you insurance won't cover or will be cost prohibitive to insure to begin with.

So you eat in the kitchen? Bedrooms looked small. Toooooo Far out !!!! Put more attention in the common areas and less into the master suite
