I don't ever put down Seiko they are world leaders in watch technology and production ,their watches are bullet proof and in the five watch industry they are always on everybody's short list for quality ,you Spencer are helping all of us to recognize this thank you sir
+Ian Hand They'll probably be the grey, which is fine. I only see the green every now and and then. It was only the replacement NOS movements that all had green. I don't think it indicates a lot, though I haven't seen enough of them to note all the differences. I do know the green NOS ones had the later style flat jeweling though.
Really i dont know , i think they are obselete now. Try to measure the diameter of the old jewell and ask your supplier if he can found any . Btw on this video iam using the last jewells from my stock . Tnxvm for watching my video and please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions
I needed this video! Just got a 6309-7330... I can't wait for it to arrive. Your video makes me appreciate my purchase even more! Cheers

In one of my Seiko 5 from the early 80´s the plastic is green.
Is it easy to find the plastic parts if they need replacing ?
Oh my god yes.
What do you mean "Seikos are designed to run longer but not necessarily be a forever kind of movement"? Thanks!
