Been a while since I uploaded a villain in regards to the villains of My Hero Academia. I was waiting for the official MVA arc to start, but, well...
Today we talk about the reject Ninja Turtle himself, SPINNER! He very well may be the most underrated and most overlooked character in all of MHA, so he deserves a bit of time in the spotlight. In recent chapters, Spinner has rapidly become one of my favorite characters within the League of Villains. If I can just change one perspective on him, that's all I need.
