I love bettas and have lost a cpl due ...my crowntail male started to get fin rot and I used kanaplex and oh man did it work so good, I can see little nubs of new spike looking fins growing and i am so Thankful for amazing pages and forums that helped me
How many weeks does it take for them to heal from fin rot? I had a perfect set of orange and gold guppies that developed fin rot and they perished one by one I finally got some PraziPro and cleaned out the filter and a water change,. Slowly coming back.
We use spring water in 3.5 gallon tank. We change it once a week, and it has a filter. He has a loss of appetite, doesn't make his bubble nests anymore, hangs out at the bottom or in this whiskey barrel we have in the tank. He used to fly to the top when i opened the cover to feed him, and now he doesn't acknowledge me anymore. Please, any suggestions??

Yesterday I changed part of water yesterday and my bettas started having a simptoms after so im using eSHa 2000 to heal it cuz there's nothing else I can buy without ordering on Internet and waiting a month for it
Mona, Betta fish are carnivores. They don’t eat plants. It’s ok to give some cooked peas and broccoli occasionally (fiber food) to help digestion. But they don’t eat plants or plant roots. It’s jus a myth. Happy betta keeping.

In my experience, It takes minimum of 4-6 weeks. But it’s based of your tank, food and water condition.
