We were out of town for a week, that is why I was not able to clean the tanks of my betta fish.

I'd say, the bigger the tank the better and it's easier to keep the water parameters stable. You need a tank with sand and loads of live plants.
Also a filter, an air pump and a heater. Boom! Sorted!

My betta fish is very active, he acts healthy. But the problem is on his tails, he's a halfmoon betta with a beautiful flowing tail, one day when I'm out to go to school,my cousin dipped his hands on the tank and chasing the fish using his hands😢
That's why my betta got his tails look like a crowntail,it looks separated,and it is nipped 😢

How do i get that type of container? cause i only have the ones that the betta came with from petco, the little betta cup ones...and i dont know if thats a good container or should i get a taller ones like yours so it wouldnt sufficate the betta right away....
Look into 5 gallon tanks if you can! 5 gallons tends to be a pretty good size for solo bettas and 10 gallons tends to be good for bettas with one kind of small peaceful schooling fish.

I tried this and it worked about 80%. How long can I continue salt bath for? I'm thinking maybe I give it a break and then start again after 10 days?

My betta has super bad fin rot and it’s gotten to the point where I’m gonna try to chew it cause if I do nothing he will die and if I try this he can die but if he dies I want to atleast try to do something to help my little guy out I’m doing this with a 1 gallon water bottle and hopefully he does alright so I can put him back inside his 10gal full of plants

Hoe you will know if yoir betta fish going weak? If he stir up the salt?
You will notice that if he is not swimming normally.
Slow movement and always grasping for air.
Observe him carefully and you will know if he is getting weak 😊👍
