  • This time, I took the common Fujimi's Ferrari 250 GTO kit, with a lot of aftermarket accessories, and I try to build it in MFH quality. So, this slideshow tells the story of this try.

    I expected a little person to drive that beautiful conveyance off your bench. I think I would display the finished car beside the one without the body. Your work is just eye-popping and
    encouraging for an ancient modeller like myself to see what can be done with plastic, paint and, obviously, a lot of love for the subject. I'm sure all these accolades sound over the top, but I have seen no one who can surpass what you have done here. I look forward to more of your art. Cheers from the hills of The Old Dominion!

      Martin thank you so much for your support and your great feedback. Also, you can follow my work to our greek forum (www.scalewheels-gr.com/).
      For the next one, I think it is time for a lambo. ;) and the another multimedia kit. But, I plan to build a 917K from MFH 1/24 kit during 2020, but is a complicated kit and need time and passion. Thanks again...

    I’m sorry but your videos show me how I’m not ready and will never be ready for doing a model car... Even in my dream, I can’t do what you do. I’m jealous of your talent. Really. The only thing I can do it’s to see all your future videos with stars in my eyes.... My wife offers me a Fujimi Ferrari p330 and I will never beginning it. Too afraid of the result compare with your masterpieces....

      Thanks for your compliments, my friend. The wonderful thing at our hobby is that you can build something with your hands. The result doesn't matter so much, because you made it. The key is to satisfied the journey, to achieve your result. And I think, if you give your passion at your work you can build something beautiful. Also, many tries, help us to improve. My opinion is to start your 330 and try it. Nor fear, but enjoy it. Merry Christmas.

      This guy has a lot of skill and knowledge built up over many years and many models. The work is excellent. That kit you got is your wife nudging you to do something that you might love to do. That's very supportive of her and you should just dive in a build it. Your goal is to try and just get through the kit. Build it as cleanly as you can. You're going to make mistakes but you will never be able to anticipate them unless you have lots of experience. So just go ahead build the kit and have fun doing it!

      Thank you Andrea. Of course yes, but I want to build it with these extra details, like the current status of the car. In the past, I build the same car with a more accurate racing setup, and I want something different this time.

    Hello there! I'm thinking about getting into model kit building myself. However I've never done one before, so could you give me any hints/tips on how to start out and what tools I need? I guess that the 250 GTO might be a rather advanced kit, so I might have to start out with something easier. Thanks in advance!

    • @gtziaf
      @gtziaf  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello, model making is a great hobby. Of course, you can not achieve an awesome result from first time. Need passion and exercise. Start with a Tamiya kit, which is easy to fit. For the tools there are beginner sets that include all you need + glue for plastics. Also, some easily found materials are usable (like CA glue, white glue for clear parts, toothbrushes to clean, toothpicks, etc.).

    All GTO's are different, so no kit will be 100% accurate. The only common thing was the chassis.In short: there is NONE perfect GTO model around.
