Thanks for the video. I have the same motorcycle, and I was thinking of getting this crash bar. But with all that work, new longer bolts, I going with another crash bar that attaches to the "plugged" holes.
Those bolts you so easily removed were IMPOSSIBLE to unscrew on my 2022 Lowrider S. Everyone of them on both sides of the bike had to have the bolt heads removed, the left foot peg, right brake assembly removed and bolt shafts grabbed with a vise grip to get them off after soaking them with a solution similar to WD-40. Even after getting the bolts broken (able to turn) they still require a lot of force to back them out. In my 50 years of wrenching I’ve never had a more difficult time removing a group of bolts. Unfortunately heat wasn’t an option given the painted surfaces right next to the bolts. What should have been a 30 minute job took three hours. Crazy! Btw, HD used blue Locktite which I know is strong but this was ridiculous.
