Me and my friend Rat did some tests on his Easy wheels EW-46 Electric Scooter. I took my Magicycle Cruiser Pro and we did 11 miles up the mountain and down to route 4 then back to minitruck. I did pedal assiste about 60% of the time. We stopped at the tower, castle saw the gargoyle thingy, checked out the views and had good conversation. Bothe the battery powered machines did great and it was an awesome day!

Hey cheez you should see if you could plumb a primer bulb into mini and atari to see if they'll start easier.
The mini is because I have a long draw thru carb. Usually starts easy. The van gets flooded, but was good for a while
That's what I was thinking on mini. A couple of squirts might make it fire quicker when she's been sitting.

I can see you doing a battery mod in the future. I'm thinking just a 30 ah square battery in a bag on the rack. Might do it with a blender to use both at the same time. I wonder if we can put a volt gauge on these things to see voltage left at all times when riding?

Did you go in and adjust the PAS levels for % of power in each? Probably the stock settings for the Magicycle would give nice slow PAS 1 for trails saving battery. My bike does 17 mph in PAS1 out of 9 when unlocked. I had the top speed set at 40mph. I should set it to 30 mph to get lower PAS1 I think.
I didn't mess with the settings only the top speed setting which only would let me do 28 mph, where did you find a 40 mph? That would be pretty cool!

Probably because there's no such thing as perpetual motion because of internal losses and the drag of components. If you put a generator on the wheels it would just drain the battery faster than it would charge it
