You need to demonstrate how to load this scooter into a suv on ramp with fine control of throttle, I believe many people like to know this because they want to carry this scooter with them when they go out. Is it possible to turn the throttle on and off to have small step by step movement when the scooter is on the ramp to SUV ?
That would be extremely unsafe and we would not promote such an activity. Furthermore, we have recently decided to stop selling any products made by e-wheels. I highly recommend you watch our latest video on our channel regarding the matter.

It depends on your scooter and the batteries. Running a scooter on half-speed would most likely prolong the battery life during a trip.

My wife uncke brought one like 2 years ago he wasn't able to uses it because of his hands it may have one hour on it has been sitting in garage the lights on charger will not lite up so charger is not working apparently and more than likely the batteries are bad were can I get a replacement charger reasonable to see if battery's are good are bad
Everyone situation is different, there are many different types of mobility scooters, it's best to deal with an expert when purchasing one so you know the pros and cons of each model.

The EW-46 looks like a nice vehicle. I know just looking nice doesn't mean that this particular vehicle preforms well as it' shown. Now I own a AFIKIM BREEZE C-4, which in my opinion is an excellent vehicle. The one of down falls, travilling on public tranportation is next to impossible. I can get it on to trains, but getting situated on board the train to depart the isn't as easy.
Agreed, all valid points. We feel the EW scooters are good for the price point, but if you want something really dependable with a 2 year repair contract, Afikim is the way to go.

This scooter is slowly being phased out by the Raptor 3 wheel and 4 wheel. The Raptor is MUCH better, and higher quality. It's also made by a very reputable manufacturer.
Water proof controls?
No mobility scooter has waterproof controls! You shouldn't get the tiller wet at all

Will go faster than 13MPH??? Fastest mine has gone is 11MPH and usually 10MPH is all I get. I do weigh 250+- and I'm sure someone weighing about 110 will get a faster speed.
It's possible some users might get a little bit faster, but it is ultimately rated for 13 MPH. However, speed does vary with weight and the surface you're riding on. It's not uncommon to get 10-11 MPH with a heavier load!
