I'm a huge fan of your Kali channel. I'm glad you made a more personal channel. I was in the Marine Corps for some years. Took its toll on my body and then I found Kali which really helped me get back into training. I've been a lifelong MMA fighter and powerlifter, but after the military, it was too impractical to continue with that way of living for my body's sake. I'm unfortunately still living within the confines of the city (New York City) just trying to get some better direction in life while I continue writing my novels and philosophical treatise on existence. With this COVID-19 situation, it doesn't make it any easier to actually get back to college to use my GI bill, so I'm thinking that might take a backseat to my freedom. I hope I can get out to you one of these days to train. You're a real inspiration for the life I wish to live at this point. I have these wild notions of having my own organic self-sustaining homestead someday, somewhere. Only time till tell though.

We all need to slow down, and enjoy the process. Unfortunately, it's hard to get some folks to understand this.
Very good video and i fully agree with it SLOW DOWN is mutch Harder than we think. You are enouf, i am enouf just ass we are. We dont always have to be right or now best. Like u say live now and take the moment. Past is past, future is far away now is hapenig. Live slow we are enouf. Nothing to prove. Again great video 🙏🙏
