Another wonderful trip that you've shared with us. So fortunate to have your channel exist in this world! Amazing!
Nice to see that all preserved buses are restored to their original state and still driving for events
Same, that's what I love about the museum and the UK in general
I used to ride on the 554 bus ! It ran from Eccles to Bolton via Peel Green, Worsley, Walkden and Farnworth.
I'm really happy that this brought back some memories for you 😀
3:19 i used to have heart attack when the leyland olympian was reversing and making that break sound
on 98
The 400 used to take me from Ashton to Manchester Airport. Plane and bus spotting geek…..👏👏😘😘
Leyland heaven!
Yep, there's lots of Leylands preserved in the museum of transport!
@@glitchFan2428 Not many 70s-90s Leylands in Australia. Mostly ones before this period but very well preserved and displayed in Sydney.
I remember seeing the 96 bus in Longsight.
Used to run from East Didsbury, to Piccadilly, then onto Whitefield.
You don’t really see cross town buses anymore, which makes no sense, as I am sure it's cheaper and more environmentally to have a route run by one services, instead of two separate services?
Lets hope the Bee Network brings them back.
Glad that the video brings back memories! So far the only notable longer distance been network routes I can think of are the 100 to Warrington and 184 to Halifax
Great video.
Cheers, glad you enjoyed it!
