I am a 52 yr old life long student with a B.S. in Environmental Science with an emphasis in geology, hydrogeology and soil science. I have over 25 years of practical work experience, mostly studying retail gasoline properties that have discharged all kinds of petroleum products into the subsurface for one reason or another. I have worked in many diverse geomorphical areas throughout the northeastern U.S. I still have A LOT to learn! I have listened to Randall Carlson speak several times. Sometimes with open minded people like Joe and Graham, other times with sceptics who tend to be arrogant, dismissive and very defensive of their beliefs. Often, they do not present their theories and ideas with anywhere near the elegance, class, humility, and clarity of Mr. Carlson. I am baffled that his theories on the scabland floods are not accepted by more academics? I have never heard anyone present evidence that debunks his theories with any real conviction? Keep at it Randall, you are a special person and a rare breath of fresh air in the stench of stale academia.

No one has time to rebut over generic ramblings on podcasts. He rants on about people saying “climate change denier”, but who really cares about that label? He needs to make a real claim and present the evidence in a compact and explicit form, you know, a paper. Prepare a paper and submit it for review. Become a scientist instead of a podcaster. Frankly, he doesn’t because he is floating about charging windmills and fighting straw men.

Joe doesn’t lay traps for his guests. He doesn’t proceed with a list of “gotcha”questions meant to embarrass and discredit his guests. He doesn’t constantly interrupt his guests in the middle of their explanations, or right when they’re about to make a point. He’ll disagree, but never dismiss or attack. He listens to understand, not to respond. He lets his guests talk, instead of dominating the interview with his own opinions or positions. This is why he’s becoming one of the most followed interviewers. People like Cathy Newman need to get the memo.

Probably because everything Graham and Randall say has been massively debunked, Grahams Amazon show is nothing but made up fairy tales, I got sucked in by both of them, until I did my homework, nothing they say adds up unfortunately, they both twist the truth to make us think there is this big conspiracy, it all sounds good, and so believable, but so easily debunked

Geological, climate, fossils, stories in the Bible, stories by aboriginal populations that were considered myths or tails… He correlates all of it as evidence to support a relatively strong theory of what may have happened 10,000 years ago, 15,000 years ago, and so on. I can't believe how much evidence there is now which re-writes everything and is fundamental to how we understand our development through generations is being brushed under the carpet.

I went to fashion design school and then worked in that industry too, back in the day, but then I got caught up with new age, psychedelic, hippies and drug-addtict roommates in San Francisco in the 90s rave scene. It completely ruined my life just as God had warned me it would. 7 years ago I finally swallowed my pride and completely gave my life over to Jesus Christ and today I'm learning graphic design to serve the Kingdom. When I saw you write that it all feels so meaningless, I just wondered at the differences. You have amazing skills that I am seeking to learn myself! I believe the difference is in what you use any tool or set of skills FOR. I would love to see your artwork. Right now I'm completely starting my life over from scratch, but I feel strongly led to reach out to other artists to minister to them and help them realize that there's a far greater purpose for their gifts than just churning out new trends every season. There really is such a thing as true joy from within but it must be nurtured with meditation on God and fellowship with other earnest seekers and believers. Publicly, right now, I'm still just rather anonymous online, but if you have a brand or portfolio I'd love to see it. There is hope! If I can see the light then I can surely tell anyone else how to find it too. Best wishes and God bless.

Randall has the amazing and much needed ability to infect those who listen to him speak with a child-like, in terms of awe inspiring imagination and wonderment, curiosity that truly makes you want to dig just a little bit further into a plethora of topics many of those who consider themselves more knowledgable considered settled/thoroughly figured out from top to bottom. His talks have helped me to understand that everything isn't absolutely "figured out", and no longer needs any more looking into or thoughtful consideration.
In a nutshell, we can always teach ourselves more about everything, no matter how much we think we already know about everything.

He is genuinely interested in every one of the people he has on the show and what they have to say and never, as far as I've seen, tries to embarrass or belittle his guests. It's 2021 and cop has just finished, most of the world leaders have decided to blame their own people for climate change and have agreed to cut down on coal usage etc. Greta and insulate Britain featured in the process but not once was someone like Randall asked to speak or give any information on the subject and there's something fundamentally wrong with that.

Here’s an interesting tidbit.....the so called “Dark Ages” weren’t all that dark. Obviously “The Dark Ages” is the name that’s popularly applied to a given period of time but only in England. France and other Euro nations don’t have the “dark ages” as part of the history in their respective national languages.
The Protestantism of England/Britain/UK was supported by the Crown and Protestantism supported the Kings claim to the Crown. One of the reasons English History refers to the era a little before the Protestant Reformation as the “Dark Ages” needs no explanation.
His retelling of history doesn’t even scrape the surface.
      The greatest effect of the
great Plague was that the standard of living improved for labourers when the supply of labour was greatly reduced. Wages went up and the old social order began to crumble.
